> 3 dayThe machine is fairly easy to use and will produce fantastic results. The main issue of value comes from the lack of any sealing from the LCD or stepper motor from resin leaks. My Z motor failed and caused a print to tear the FEP screen and coat the electronics in resin. If you are super careful or maybe add sealant this will never be an issue. The printer really is impressive for the cost, though.

> 3 dayThis experience of printing with this printer is amazing. From building the model, to getting it into the printer, the process is very simple and easy. Printing is immediate and the quality is awesome. I’ve been using the water-based resin which is nice, and it makes for an easy cleaning process. After I print, I soak in water for about 10 minutes. I use a brush to clean the models, then I cure them in a UV station for about 20 minutes. The BEST advice I can give us PAY ATTENTION TO THE TIME RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE RESIN!! If you don’t, you’ll get feathering. I know this is a resin related statement, but accuracy is awesome and there has been minimal shrink in the models. The printer is almost perfect to the model sizes! Also, I clean the trey after every print and use the filters to put the unused resin back in the bottle. I’m not sure if that’s why you should do, but it’s fairly easy and still worth it. Honestly, I don’t see the need for an FDM unless the print is larger.

> 3 dayThe quality of the printer is amazing. I havent had a need to use antialiasing since the screen resolution is so high for the size. It prints fast and things stick great to the build plate with no elephants foot.

> 3 dayWhen comparing this to my Phrozen Shuffle XL, the Elegoo is hands down better. Part of it is simply newer technology. This printer is very well sorted out compared to some other brands. For me, it worked right out of the box. I only had to set the build plate and its worked perfectly ever since. I do wish it had removable cover for the resin vat. I like just swapping them in and out with different resins.

> 3 dayWent to my first print and the build plate would not lift out of the vat it leveled fine but when I went to print it just made a grinding noise I could not get the vat out and the machine was heavy so spilled resin everywhere and went through a big bottle of isopropyl alcohol amazon was amazing and sent me a new machine but a little timid to try again
