> 3 dayEver since I got my new Elegoo Saturn Ive hardly touched a roll of filament. I love this machine. It worked right out of the box and set-up was super easy. The machines quality is awesome and the print quality is crazy good. No doubt about it, the Saturn was a good purchase decision for me. And yes, you will also want the Mercury Plus 2 In 1 Washing And Curing Station to go with it.

> 3 dayTried to print. Didnt work. To my delight I found the UV lights to not be working at all. I was sold a broken unit. overall quite disappointed considering I overpaid for the unit. The exposure test showed no errors, though the lights simply do not function.

> 3 dayMy husband and I decided to get this as a Christmas present for ourselves. My husband loves playing Warhammer and I love the endless projects I can make with this printer. What really makes it over the top is the quality of the prints and the exceptional customer service. Set up (4.5/5): Its pretty straightforward and easy to set up, but getting it perfect (as close as I could) did take some work. I had the machine running after about an hour and was able to do my first test print. For the best print though, it took me about 2-3 days of testing different materials and settings to find the one I like. Finding the perfect setting will differ based on what resin you use. Printer (4/5): Since we love making miniatures we wanted something that prints as smoothly as possible. Ive compared our prints with store bought models and theyre nearly just as perfect. I can see the micro layers in some spots, but theyre small enough that by the time its painted they completely smooth out. The one downside Ive found is that I have to level the plate every several prints, sometimes every print. It really depends on how hard the models stick to the plate. If you have to leverage them off, it can shift the base and you may need to re-level. Its not a big deal, but my husband has trouble getting the leveling right so I do it for him. The best tip I can give is to watch the plate when it raises (while leveling it) and check if one side is coming up first. Both should be even, otherwise youll need to try it again. Customer service (5/5): Their customer service is top notch. Each time Ive emailed their customer service, theyve been very fast to respond (within a couple of hours), have had very detailed and easy to follow instructions to fix things, and are always willing to do whatever they need to help you get things working perfectly. Im extremely happy with both the printer and Elegoo. This was our first 3D printer, so I know that at some point well be upgrading to the next tier model, which will definitely be another Elegoo Printer.

> 3 dayThe first Saturn I received had great quality and function, until about 3 days after I got it and the motor got stuck pressed against a full vat of resin and the LCD. I returned that machine for a replacement Saturn which I received. The replacement machine I received had a bad z axis motor as well. I contacted elegoo support and since March 1st I have been waiting for a replacement Z axis motor. After the replacement part never got delivered to the proper address, I have finally decided to return the Saturn printer. I will be purchasing a different brand.

> 3 dayThese machines are so easy to use right out of the box. I started with a Elegoo Mars Pro. Played with it for 2 weeks, then bought an Elegoo Saturn. Loved the extra room on the build plate (Almost 3 times the size of the Mars). Then maybe a month later I bought an Elegoo Neptune to further flesh out my collection. If youre looking for a speedy and affordable machine with a mid sized build plate these machines are the way to go.

Greater than one weekI do both resin and FDM printing and I am a professional miniture painter. I would say this is a great printer for entry level and moderate printers. Granted I do see and find room for improvement on the Saturn. With this said I look forward to one day testing and reviewing the Jupiter as well.

> 3 dayI have a filament printer and on a spur of the moment bought the saturn when I saw it available on amazon. I love the Saturn for my minis for DND! They come out perfect pretty much every time with no real hassle to deal with at all! While I am not a fan of having to wear a mask to protect myself from the fumes, it is 100% worth it for the quality of this machine :) Very happy with my purchase.

08-06-2025I own both a Mars 2 pro and a Saturn and both are excellent printers. Very high quality feel, mono LCDs, and great print quality. I print dice so small details are important and they come out perfect. The other big plus for Elegoo is their support. They are always helpful with any issue, though you will have to be a bit patient as they are based in China so they only respond at night for US customers. However, I always get a prompt response and they are happy to help with any issues. Buy with confidence, youll love this thing. If debating between the Mars and Saturn, the Saturn is quite a lot bigger. This is not always a benefit, so if you are only printing a few small minis perhaps stick with the Mars. If you are printing large batches or want to print larger models in few pieces, get the Saturn.
