I purchased 2 of these for my sons for Christmas. One works in the underground mines and one is an apprentice at a machine shop. They requested this brand cooler. The quality and durability seems to be good. Only time will tell. Ill come back and editor needed!

Seen a couple of these already at work and sure enough everything I heard about these lunch boxes is true. Very sturdy I can sit on it and not worry about bending lids like my older ones.

The cooler itself is wonderful! It did have a couple dings and scratches. I’m assuming from when it was being shipped. Overall I was satisfied.

I like the fact that the lid has a gasket and positive latches, to keep stuff out and in.(due to the fact I work in the 48217 zip code most of the time.) The outer shell seems fairly strong as I have dropped it a couple of times and it has not cracked yet. The insulation seems to be better people say. As well I’m in Michigan and thank god not Texas. So it keeps stuff cold enough for 12hr shifts. I normally pack one ice pack in the summer, 2-3)34fl Fiji waters 2)16floz energy drinks of some type (all beverages are kept standing) under the tray I put the ice pack, snacks, sandwiches or whet ever I’m bringing that day. I have been happy with it. Seems to get the job done well.

My wife loves this which is all that really matters. The hinges are plastic and look flimsy. Care must be taken to not open too far as the hinges stop it from going all the way to *180 degrees. So far it is fine but this appears to be the weakness. My wife was out all day on *100 weather and the ice packs were still frozen

This is hands down one of the worst coolers I’ve ever owned. I got suckered into buying it based off of the reviews, so I’m adding my own. 1. The cooler is made with cheap materials. The plastic is flimsy and I don’t see this lasting all that long. I thought I was buying something that was going to last a long time. I feel like the handle and strap guides are going to break rather fast. Also feel like it won’t take much for the plastic body to crack. 2. I don’t know what insulation was used, but apparently it doesn’t work. The cooler is so bad that it sweats in the heat. If I leave it sitting anywhere, there will be a puddle of water underneath it. Ice lasts maybe one 8-hour day if I’m lucky. It’s so bad that I’m wondering if I have a defective unit and the maker forgot to put in any insulation in the walls at all. 3. For the price point, I’d have been far better off going to any big box store and buying an igloo or something similar. This was expensive to be a below-average cooler. The only thing I can even remotely compare it to is a playmate cooler. Those things last about the same length of time, and the lids on those have absolutely no insulation and don’t even have a moderate seal.
