Epsoak Epsom Salt 5 lbs. Magnesium Sulfate USP

I bought this product to soak my foot in warm water with some Epsom salt and it felt very relieving. Right after a long day of standing, mix some warm water and a cup of Epsom Salt and you will have relaxed feet for the rest of your day. It also helps if you have swollen or cracked feet. The pack lasts about a month if you regularly use it but it all depends on how often you are doing this. If you need to relieve foot pain, I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this as another way to help detox my body. I put 2 cups of epsom salt in the bath and relax for at least 20 minutes. By 15min, I’m sweating. I then stand in running cold water for 30seconds- 1 minute. Hot/cold contrast is good for the body! This bag lasts me 3 baths, and I do about 3 a week.

These epsom salts are great. Excellent to put in a bath to relieve body ache, muscle tension, detox, relieve stress, and for flu/cold. Before putting these in your bath you must first add about 1/2 cup baking soda to neutralize chemicals in the water, wait several minutes for it to dissolve, and then add 1 to 1.5 cups epsom salts (for adults) or 1/2 cup epsom salts for children. You may also add essential oils of your choice. Minimum of 20-30 minutes soaked in this bath is necessary. The point of this type of bath is to induce a sweat so that the epsom salt, aka magnesium sulfate, flushes toxins out of your body through the skin. You may feel a bit light headed afterward but that is simply a sign of the detox process. There are many other uses for them but these are the ones I find most helpful for my family, especially when the flu and cold goes around.

One of my treats is to sit in the tub. Adding this to the water makes it even better! I have also used the salts as a planting soil additive and it works great!

This stuff works. I put 1-2 cups in a warm bath and sit in it for 20 minutes. It helps with random muscle aches and reduces my stress from being a new mama! Sometimes I have issues with the salt dissolving completely in the bath but you do need to swish the water around a bit before getting in.

Ive tried a few other brands, but I continue returning to this brand. The scent is nice and the bag reseals easily to keep your remaining epsom salt dry. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to add a little extra to their next bath or at-home pedi.

Epsom salt is epsom salt. I have no need for fragrance, so this USP fine salt is what I needed. The packaging could be a bit better if there were a pour spout with a cap you can screw on to close the bag, instead of the zip lock closure, which invites spills and opportunity to pour too much. You can work around that, but thats clunky. Otherwise, its what youd want to have.
