> 3 dayI have chronic Migraines. Most people are deficient when it comes to this mineral. I am supposed to take magnesium supplements but they have some GI upset issues which in turn means you may not get all that you need out of the tablets. With this Epsoak I can have a bowl next to my desk and soak my hand in it when I am not busy. It has been proven that our bodies will absorb the magnesium much better this way. I will be buying a larger bag next time. This product has done everything that I wanted it to do. Eventually I will have time to soak my feet also but for my time crunches I am using a bowl for my fingers :)

> 3 dayAs a sensitive and someone with chronic illness, Im elated this has NO SCENT and contains NOTHING SYNTHETIC, meaning high quality. I saw a previous reviewer rate this poorly, saying they can find Epsom salt at the dollar store for cheaper, yes with CHEMICALS and SYNTHETICS in it, at a cost to your health, trust me Ive tried and had negative chemical reactions to lesser quality products, not all products are created equally, this product, Epsoak by SaltCo is one I trust and learned to trust by unfortunate trial and error. I am happy to purchase this one over and over again and havent strayed since Ive found it, its the one I have been buying for the past 3 YEARS. I use 2 cups of this pure Epsom salt in my bath for detoxing, re-mineralizing, and replenishing my body, stiff muscles, inflammation, stress, GI stress, and soft skin. Sometimes Ill add Epsom Salts, Baking Soda, and Essential Oils all together in a glass bowl (because oil and water dont mix the oil will only float on top of the water if you dont mix it with something) stir, add to a bath and soak for 20-30 mins in warm water. My skin is always softer after and Im always much more relaxed. I LOVE that I can customize the scent with natural products and even herbs since Epsoak is UNSCENTED. Making custom Epsom salt mixtures/blends with EPSOAK has become a favorite hobby of mine. I am thankful to have this on my healing journey. Thanks to my naturopath who said this might help my fatigue, pain relief, and inflammation I was experiencing. Ive found MULTIPLE benefits from it, baths are now a big part of my self-care routine. When I dont want a whole bath, I do an Epsom salt foot soak in a bucket, and still get the benefits. Also, I have wanted to try this on my rose bushes but unfortunately, I think I have killed them before I got the chance. This is a future to-do project!

> 3 dayTwo things to really love about this product. Number one, it is a quality product. Number two it is manufactured in the USA. An added bonus was the email that I received from the company asking me for an honest rating. I use this when making homemade bath treatments, and I have tried other Epsom salts but found that they were fairly fine grain and poor quality. I had to use double the amount that I do with this salt which meant that a lower price wasnt saving me anything. Ill definitely be buying this product again and again.

Greater than one weekI enjoy this product and have ordered a few times. The quantity, purity and lack of additives such as fragrance is a big plus. The size you get for the price is also a lot better than the stores. The only reason I put like vs love it is that I find the bag very hard to reseal and typically end up taping it shut.

> 3 dayThese epsom salts are great. Excellent to put in a bath to relieve body ache, muscle tension, detox, relieve stress, and for flu/cold. Before putting these in your bath you must first add about 1/2 cup baking soda to neutralize chemicals in the water, wait several minutes for it to dissolve, and then add 1 to 1.5 cups epsom salts (for adults) or 1/2 cup epsom salts for children. You may also add essential oils of your choice. Minimum of 20-30 minutes soaked in this bath is necessary. The point of this type of bath is to induce a sweat so that the epsom salt, aka magnesium sulfate, flushes toxins out of your body through the skin. You may feel a bit light headed afterward but that is simply a sign of the detox process. There are many other uses for them but these are the ones I find most helpful for my family, especially when the flu and cold goes around.

> 3 dayCommon sense would tell me that Epsom Salts are all the same -- HOWEVER, common sense is not so common these days. My wife of 34 years has had problems with aching feet and ankles for over 40 years, and soaks them regularly and religiously in Epsom Salts to relieve the achiness. Tried every brand we could find, with the same results, regardless of brand or dosage. Then, we stumbled on the Epsoak brand, in the convenient 5-lb. re-sealable plastic pouch. BINGO!!, we have a winner !! Using the same 1-cup-per-gallon-of-water, the results were(and are) wonderful !! Quicker, longer-lasting relief every soak, and she sleeps so much better -- its a blessing for both of us !! Highly recommended !!

Greater than one weekEpsom salt is epsom salt. I have no need for fragrance, so this USP fine salt is what I needed. The packaging could be a bit better if there were a pour spout with a cap you can screw on to close the bag, instead of the zip lock closure, which invites spills and opportunity to pour too much. You can work around that, but thats clunky. Otherwise, its what youd want to have.
