Epsoak Epsom Salt 5 lbs. Magnesium Sulfate USP

I use it for long relaxing bath soaks.

Its epsom salt. No bells and whistles. Its great!

I needed Epsom salt to soak a sprain and I was amazed at how hard it was to find this product undiluted. I didnt want with lavender or with chamomile I just wanted Epsom salt! A quick search lead me to this product. I ordered some and waited for it to arrive. Two days later it came and I was very pleased. No perfumed scent greeted me as I opened the bag, the product dissolved quickly and completely so nothing was wasted, and the price was outstanding. This is a big bag so I dont see me going through it super fast, but when its gone Ill happily reorder from this company.

I have chronic Migraines. Most people are deficient when it comes to this mineral. I am supposed to take magnesium supplements but they have some GI upset issues which in turn means you may not get all that you need out of the tablets. With this Epsoak I can have a bowl next to my desk and soak my hand in it when I am not busy. It has been proven that our bodies will absorb the magnesium much better this way. I will be buying a larger bag next time. This product has done everything that I wanted it to do. Eventually I will have time to soak my feet also but for my time crunches I am using a bowl for my fingers :)

These epsom salts dissolve in the bath quickly and completely, leaving no residue afterward. The bag is sturdy and resealable so you can close it to keep moisture out and prevent clumping. Note: after a few months the last few cups remaining in the bag it got a little clumpy, but easily broke up in my hands and dissolved in the bath like normal. Epsom salt is great for relieving muscle aches and joint pain. In the future Ill probably buy a larger size since I take so many baths--5 pounds is a lot but I go through it quickly. I have found Epsom salts for cheaper elsewhere but for some reason they dont dissolve completely in the bath like this product does. I guess you get what you pay for! I will be repurchasing this product soon and again in the near future. Definitely recommend.

Product exactly what I wanted

The package arrived on time and was in good shape. I tried the epsom salt with a couple of drops of King of Thieves essential oil and it really helped me relax and cleared up my sinuses. Ive been using it a couple of times a week to help remove toxins as I have the MRHTF 677ct gene mutation. Basically my body doesnt process food well so I have to find ways to remove toxins and using epsom salt in a hot bath helps tremendously. I feel a lot better after.

Using in a bath every once in a while..seems to help muscles relax. It does go quick because you use it 3 times with recommended amount for a bath and am almost out so I may get bigger bag next time.
