I am a bath person. I take a hot bath every night, and shower only when I need to wash my hair which is usually about 3 times a week. I didnt understand what all the fuss was about Epsom salts until recently, so I decided to try it out. Epsom salts are amazing, they relax your muscles, detox your body, soothe aches and pains, and are COMPLETELY NATURAL AND FROM THE EARTH! They are even edible in small amounts as a cure for constipation. These salts are pure Magnesium sulfate epsom salts. Magnesium is a crucial mineral our bodies need, and often our diets do not contain enough of this. And Magnesium can be absorbed through our skin. Since they are natural, they do not irritate womens private areas either like chemical bath soaps and fragrances can. This huge bag was only 11.99 and got to me in two days through my Amazon Prime. These salts are larger than the typical ones sold at Walgreens and CVS, and they glisten! I love my baths even more now, I have also been putting a few drops of essential oil in my baths and I am in heaven. Treat yourself this is so good for you! This is a tired overworked mom talking who desperately needs to find rest rejuvenation and relaxation wherever possible. But even kids can benefit, especially after a hard day at school or sports. Such a win-win.

This product helped a lot with the pain. I bought this at least 3 times on Amazon because it was convenient for me to buy online but I just saw an 8 lb bag of Epsom salt at CVS for only $7.99. Im a little annoyed with myself for spending so much. Not that its a bad product, I just wish they would lower the price.

I started taking magnesium baths to relieve muscle aches and pains after a hard workout or sometimes at night to detoxify my skin, flush out toxins, and to destress overall. It is so relaxing and helps so much with sore muscles. It dissolves quickly in warm water, and you cant notice the flakes in the tub. The color is transparent/slightly white, as described. It is unscented, which is great so you can add your own essential oils if you want. I added two cups to the tub filled with warm water and I soak for 20 minutes, as directed on the bag. I highly recommend trying out magnesium baths for all of the benefits!

Not sure if its any better than the cheaper versions.

The hard water in our area is so hard you can feel the rocks. I have very sensitive skin and this water causes bumps and itching. I enjoy soaking in hot water to ease bone and muscle pain, also to help me sleep at night. This was not happening with unconditioned water. This product makes the water feel like silk. The conditioning is so thorough that I have a difficult time getting bubbles from my bubble bath soak. This is okay because the soap lathers so well in this water. My skin is soft and bump free. I dont have to use lotion unless I choose to do so. There is very little fragrance in this bath salts but it is compatible with any other additive you would choose to add to the water.
