Epsoak Epsom Salt 5 lbs. Magnesium Sulfate USP

Ive tried a few other brands, but I continue returning to this brand. The scent is nice and the bag reseals easily to keep your remaining epsom salt dry. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to add a little extra to their next bath or at-home pedi.

Im on my second bag already. Love this brand - excellent quality! I use 2 or more cups to a hot bath and add in various essential oils sometimes as well. One of the ways this product really shines is to use it in a more concentrated and potent dose: 1/2-1 cup salts to a dish pan size bin for foot soaks, and even wrist strains. You can soak your feet for 10-30 min. for relief. If you have a wrist strain, massage it (wrist) in the dish pan bin for 10-15 minutes in the epsom salt solution. You can also soak a towel in the mix and apply anywhere needed on the body. IF you do it this way, with a soaked towel, take necessary precautions to keep floors or furniture from getting epsom water on them. For example, if you want a epsom soaked towel on your back, then lay down a garbage bag or plastic painter tarp on bed. Cover that with a bath towel so the surface is comfortable (but waterproof underneath). I work in the fitness industry and recommend this to clients, as well as friends and family. Epsom salts are a staple to have in any home, especially quality epsom salt like EPSOAK. Happy soaking everyone! :)

Came fast and was exactly as described.

I used a different epsom salt before this one so I was kinda winging it with how much to use in the tub, I over did it. I did feel sick after but at least I know its good salt and next time I will find the correct amount to use.

Bag had a hole in it (small). But delivery was quick.

I don’t know why it’s so hard to find unscented, plain Epsom salt, but it’s crazy! This salt is great and dissolves nicely.

My husband had to have an ingrown toenail cut on both sides of his big toe. We did daily foot soaks after the procedure and its healing beautifully. We use this product in the bath as well to relieve aches and pains.

It was very soothing.
