Evergreen CECOMINOD073162 GE • Genteq 1/3 HP 230 Volt Replacement X-13 Furnace Blower Motor

Replaced this in about 25 minutes with the help of YouTube and l. First time doing hvac, worked for my furnace when I could hear the unit on but nothing was blowing. Two plugs and a 3 bolt bracket. Saved me $$$ I’m sure from calling someone out.

I ordered this motor and had someone install it. My house is nice and cool.

The instructions were a little confusing. They stated that this may not be an exact match and gave an in depth check to do to see if it was right. I just plugged it in and everything worked fine.

AC guy said blower motor circuit module bad and to replace just circuit module it $1175 with one year warranty And found the hole motor in Amazon for $200 and Genteq Evergreen technical support was great too walked me though the installing part over phone. Save $1000

Was skeptic about purchasing - was not sure if was exact replacement since the name change to Evergreen - mine was an easy replacement, the factory plugs were the same so no need to use the supplied wiring harness. It works as advertised- self adjusts to correct rotation

Well documented. Comes with speed selection harness & a generous handful of insulated spade lugs to add to your toolkit. While the color code for the Evergreen wiring is different, I found the motor to be plug & play compatible with my old Genteq harness. I only needed the second of five possible speeds to balance the system. Also, the motor automatically senses and adjusts the rotation direction for your blower at startup.
