> 3 dayExcellent drop in replacement blower motor for the air handler in our Heat Pump, priced a fraction of what the original manufacturer quoted for a replacement, did not require programming. My inquiries to Technical Support both by telephone & Email were quick & professionally done. I will be recommending your products to others that require this type unit. Excellent in all regards,

> 3 dayMotor worked great, still working great and at a fraction of the cost. The supply houses that would sell it to me quoted me $900-$1200 without an account for the part. Carrier, the company who makes the handler wouldnt even talk to me. So a week without AC in the summer and I couldnt get any help from the supply houses or the company. Guess which brand I wont be buying anymore.

> 3 dayOutstanding replacement for ECM X13 motor at a great price. Contacted Evergreen technical support to ensure motor was compatible with the one I was replacing and they were extremely helpful; purchased with confidencet. Connectors from original motor matched perfectly with connectors on this motor, even though there was a warning sticker stating that they may not match up. Couldnt be happier doing it myself as it saved me hundreds of $$$ if I would have contracted someone to do the job. I definitely recommend this product. Thank you Evergreen!

> 3 dayOld X13 motor just stop working properly. When it would come on it would just spin slowly and stop so from looking around I knew it was the module on the back. I decided to order this one after research. This is a simple plug and go. The motor does come with new wiring, but there is no need to mess with that if your using this motor to swap not an X13. Just replace and plug this new one in and you should be all set. When you do turn your ac on the motor will spin forward and backwards as it is programming itself.

> 3 dayThe motor was an exact replacement. Installed in via the instructions which were easy to follow and it runs like a charm. The motor that I replaced was a replacement for the X-13 Motor already (FM-20). I was hesitant to replace it with this motor as it was labeled as an FM-20 not X-13, but it fit perfectly. If you have an FM-20 motor, feel at ease that this motor is a direct replacement.

> 3 dayExact match to my GE X-13, FM20. The only difference is the shaft is longer. Even the connections were the same. Simple fix to save money.

> 3 dayI was happy to find this motor as the cost of the motor was less than half of the labor cost of an HVAC tech to come out and replace it under warranty. However, the motor only lasted 20 months. But, because I cannot find a better deal out there I will probably go with another and take my chances. Also, maybe there is a warranty, but I could never reach anyone at the manufacturer/seller. To replace in my HVAC it had to: -Pull the electrical disconnect -Remove the front panel (6 screws) -Remove the ground wire screw -Remove screw on other side of hanger -Remove wire harnes -Remove 2 other wires -Slide motor out -Loosen set screw holding fan -Remove fan -Remove 3 mounting screws -Remove motor from housing -Losen collar around motor -Remove motor -Put in new motor -Reverse all above steps
