> 3 dayReplaced this in about 25 minutes with the help of YouTube and l. First time doing hvac, worked for my furnace when I could hear the unit on but nothing was blowing. Two plugs and a 3 bolt bracket. Saved me $$$ I’m sure from calling someone out.

Greater than one weekAmazing. Motor was a perfect fit. Easy to install, total time to swap out the motor was about an hour. System is running great and quieter than old motor. Saved me a ton of money over dealer installed motor.

> 3 dayI recently took on the endeavor of replacing my furnace blower motor after having an AC mechanic quote me almost a 1000.00 dollars to do so. I did my research and found that this motor has performed well for many and that the installation was simple. The motor came in well packaged and as described. I was able to remove the old motor with some difficulty and replace with the Evergreen. The installation was very simple, literally mount and plug in the existing cables.

Greater than one weekI installed this as a replacement for the Carrier OEM ECM motor. There are several things to remember about the installation: The hardest part for me was disconnecting the old motor from the fan wheel. There was significant corrosion on the old motor shaft. I recommend that you sand the corrosion off of the visible part of the old fan motor shaft, then spray PB Blaster on the shaft where it is on the fan wheel. I also put a thin coating of wheel bearing grease on the shaft so that the fan wheel would slide off once it was no longer held in place by corrosion. Once the old motor was removed from the wheel it was a quick installation.
