Great replacement for a Carrier blower motor at less than half of OEM

Excellent drop in replacement blower motor for the air handler in our Heat Pump, priced a fraction of what the original manufacturer quoted for a replacement, did not require programming. Part arrived on time and was well packed so it arrived in good condition. I was surprised to find a complete set of installation instructions as well as a new wiring harness. These were not listed in the online description of the item. I am a very handy DIYer and found the instructions easy to follow when comparing their diagrams and directions to my own pictures of the wiring (before I removed anything).

Replaced the blower motor on ac unit.Easy install,runs quiet and costs much less than original.

It is a fantastic replacement that was more than $1,000 less expensive then the lowest quote of multiple quotes I received from conditioning companies. The Evergreen website was easy to navigate and had a simple to follow menu to help you select the correct motor replacement. The motor arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow for the installation. With this particular motor I used it to replace a GE ECM motor 1/3 HP 230 VAC. The only remotely difficult part of the entire process was removing the fan from the old Motors camshaft.

Was skeptic about purchasing - was not sure if was exact replacement since the name change to Evergreen - mine was an easy replacement, the factory plugs were the same so no need to use the supplied wiring harness. It works as advertised- self adjusts to correct rotation

I purchased this motor to replace a carrier unit gente x13. A technician wanted $800.00 dlls to replace but he suggested to replace the whole furnace. The original motor is programmed by Carrier, there fore you needed an AC technician. The new motor programs itself automatically. I just swapped the motors, turned on the AC, waited a few minutes for the motor to program and bingo. My AC is working fine.

Was a great replacement for the money.
