Exo Terra Glass Natural Terrarium Kit, for Reptiles and Amphibians, Small Tall, 18 x 18 x 24 Inches, PT2607A1

This is a great small terrarium that I bought mostly for plants. I have thought about adding an animal, but it may be too small unless I can find something tiny. But its great for my plants and fits in a small space.

Given this is a glass tank, when I saw the beaten up box that arrived at my door step with the tape barely holding top and bottom together I was worried about the contents. Both the top and bottom flap of the main box was loose with a corner bent in. Inside this box was a few foam like corners which werent holding any corners of the inner box. The inner box contained the actual tank packaging and gladly the tank was undamaged. So many layers of boxing probably saved it, but the fact that the outer box was not even taped sufficiently for its size and weight is disturbing. So order with caution. Your package may not survive as well. Or you may be lucky like I was.

Smaller then I would have liked but works good.

We use this for a tarantula and it works perfect. One thing you may want to know is that the knob you have to turn to get the doors open is hard to turn but it works fine. This isnt a very big enclosure but for something small it works great. Only suitable for spiders, SMALL reptiles and maybe a small frog. Anything else will need much more space. I would recommend this product and the seller.

Arrived with no manufacturing flaws. Nice and compact but still plenty of internal space. The double doors open wide provide easy access. The door lock is a little plasticy and feels like its likely to break. I dont need it so not a major issue. Bought the light canopy separately (works and fits great).

This made one very, very special little girl think she had a beautiful mansion for her gecko, all equipped with double front doors. The gecko loved the hammock but thought the house could use a mate. :-)

Wonderful product! I always worry about the glass breaking but they packaged each one perfectly. I would recommend these terrariums to anyone that wants to invest in their lizards. I bought the 12x12x12 size, this size is great for my baby to small adult leopard geckos but a larger size should be bought for older/larger geckos or other lizards.
