Greater than one weekFirst try it came with shattered doors. Didn’t even really unpack to see the rest. Will update 2nd try. This is big and heavy, really poorly packaged for shipping. It was basically just laid down in a huge box that did say handle with care. I can’t believe they even left it, it sounded like a million pieces in the box.

Greater than one weekThe first one came broken. The second one was good. But I ended up buying one with a single glass door in front because the divide down the middle drove me crazy. Viewing with the solid door looks so much better.

> 3 dayGreat for very small herps and babies. After my critters outgrew it I use it as a plant-and-isopod only terrarium. Keeping it around as a nice enclosure for hatchlings.

10-06-2025I was impressed by this tank, it arrived on time. The packaged is well done. The tank appears very sturdy, neat and right size (12lx12hx12d) to our 3 med size hermit crabs. It has 2 two doors which is more convenient in putting water and food for the crabs. On top is a screen cover good enough for ventilation. My husband also like it so much. No regret in choosing this item. I would 100 percent recommend this product to everyone.

Greater than one weekI bought this 12 by 12 vivarium a few weeks ago and it looked fine when it arrived. However, recently I noticed a leak coming from the bottom of the vivarium. When I moved the tank, I noticed it got water all over the laminate shelf I put it on and severely damaged it. If I knew how request a refund, I would.

> 3 dayI always love my exo terras. This one is my second 18x18x24, fourth exo terra at all, and it came in perfect condition just like the rest! Front opening doors make cleaning and general access a breeze. The top screen handles a lot of heat and makes misting simple. The natural background I would leave for a custom made one due to the crappy foam. That being said, I have some with the background since its cheaper for now. Great ventilation for rain forest/dessert species...not anything like a chameleon. All in all, worth the investment!!

> 3 dayPros: -This tank retains humidity very well, making it a good choice for small tropical critters. -The bottom of the tank is raised on little feet so that you can stick an under tank heater on the outside of the bottom panel of glass, and the temperature stays fairly consistent in there. You have about 5 from the bottom of the tank to the door that you can fill with substrate. I have about 3-4 of substrate on the bottom with an under tank heater, and it mimics the slight warmth of the ground pretty well. Be careful if you have a critter that digs, though. -The wire mesh on the top is strong. -The tank is pretty escape proof (there are slits you can open or close for wiring- I keep those closed! ;) -The double doors look nice and come with a lock. Cons: -Sometimes I leave the doors open to circulate a little air in there as a result of being so good at retaining humidity (you cant have it all lol). -I actually took out the back styrofoam decorative panel because my crickets kept crawling up and then behind the panel. The back panel comes with two slots in the back for wiring where the crickets would go. -The only thing wrong with the tank is that it had a tiny chip in the glass, but the chip was so small and did not affect the function of the tank, so I didnt even bother returning it, or else Im sure they would have sent me a new one. I was just happy to have such a nice tank for so cheap and I wanted to use it immediately.

> 3 dayThe seller was absolutely amazing and considering how large the tank is, it’s an amazing price! My crested gecko has plenty of room now he’s not cramped. He can grow to his hearts content. You could easily house 2 cresties in this I think. It’s my favorite tank now!
