Love love love this terrarium. Have two of these for dart frogs and they could not be happier!! May have to follow up with pictures. Want to get another for my crested gecko

great home for my daughters snake! Comes with everything you need, including plastic cacti and an imitation rock wall.

The only issue I have is the lock system, I wished it had a place to put a lock on it. The lock it has is easily unlocks and my 3 year old unlocks it all the time and gets the snake out, which I don’t mind, but she sometimes will leave it opened and the snake gets out. Other than that it’s great! Easy to maintain, fits perfectly anywhere we move it, has a lip on the bottom for your cords to run through! Which I love btw!

I bought this cage so my (california king snake) would have more room to stretch out in. It was brocken when i recieved it. Tho i was reimbursed for the full amount i paid. They where fast and prompt ( very nice and great in there response. They where having to backoder them because of all the orders for them. which i understand. Or they would have sent me another. In all they are good in my book.

Updated review: do NOT get this tank. My garter snake escaped! Hes gone! My sweet sweet boy is gone! It was locked. The top was locked. The cord holes closed except the the one with the probe for the thermostat. I have looked everywhere and he is gone. I heard so many amazing things about this tank. How they are escape proof. they are not. My snake got out and is gone. I am beyond devastated. It was working well then poof. Hes gone. Old review:Works great for my male garter snake, as he is a smaller snake.

Great product arrived next day of when I ordered it and it looks really nice

This thing is awesome. Unfortunately it arrived broken, but Amazon is easy to do returns with. So sending it back and well get a new one. The size is perfect for our crested gecko to be. I have seen this brand in person and know they are well made. Update, second one is also broken, returning for a refund this time. Going to the store to get one so that I dont have to worry. If time wasnt an issue Id try one more time to see if third times is a charm, but I cant. I would say give it a try, its a great product, but be prepared to have to send back a shattered one. Luckily Amazon makes this issue fairly hassle free.

The product itself is great, Exo Terra makes high-quality and user-friendly products, however I HIGHLY discourage anyone to order a glass terrarium, especially of this size, off amazon. The product I received came with one of the doors completely shattered, and the worst part is whoever shipped the product made no attempt to ensure the product would arrive in-tact, no extra padding, not even a freaking fragile sticker. If you want an Exo Terra terrarium either buy one in-person, or order from a website that you can trust to package the product proficiently.

I always love my exo terras. This one is my second 18x18x24, fourth exo terra at all, and it came in perfect condition just like the rest! Front opening doors make cleaning and general access a breeze. The top screen handles a lot of heat and makes misting simple. The natural background I would leave for a custom made one due to the crappy foam. That being said, I have some with the background since its cheaper for now. Great ventilation for rain forest/dessert species...not anything like a chameleon. All in all, worth the investment!!
