I got this thing for a turtles aquarium and yes it has been working perfectly since then without any issues.

Rien à redire, objet conforme et de bonne manufacture. Suffit pour un petit aqua terra (petite tortue aquatique) a recommandé.

I have bought one previously that came with a UK plug, and its still going strong. The light it gives off at night is very low so doesnt disturb any inhabitants. With getting a new reptile I thought Id get the same one, but this time its been sent with a EU plug. If it wasnt for that Id give it 5/5 but a EU plug is kinda useless to me.

Ich habe mir diese Lampe für ein 30 x 30 x 45 Terrarium bestellt. Sie kam gut und sicher verpackt an, ist intakt und (meiner Meinung nach) leicht zusammen zu bauen. Bei mir hängt sie an einer Zeitschaltuhr und tut gut ihren Dienst, sie wirkt auch robust verarbeitet. Sehr gut gefallen haben mir die unterschiedlichen Befestigungsmöglichkeiten: Ein Drahtbügel um die Lampe daran aufzuhängen wird genauso mitgeliefert wie eine kräftige unten gummierte Klemme um die Lampe irgendwo festzuklemmen. Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden, 1 Stern ziehe ich jedoch ab, da sie wirklich nicht sehr lange nachleuchtet. Mich stört das jedoch nicht sehr, daher Kaufempfehlung :)

The last heat lamp surround that I purchased from the manufacturer Prorep decided it would melt inside my bearded dragons vivarium, aside from smouldering and causing toxic plastic smoke it also melted the bulb which caused the bulb to drop onto the ground of the vivarium which also happened to be a Prorep bulb, thankfully I was home when this happened. My biggest concern was naturally for my beardy, I urgently needed a new bulb and a heat lamp and living in the middle of nowhere I did panic slightly. Thankfully I ordered one of these and it arrived the next day with a 150watt bulb. The difference in quality is evident, theres no plastic to melt, its covered in ceramic which disperses the heat, theres no hot spots on the surround like my last one and the exoterra bulb feels hotter which is a bonus. I cant thank them enough for getting this to me for the day after and I am now a firm exoterra customer.
