> 3 dayI bought this item new and it worked well...For the first three weeks. Week four the switch just decided to stop working. Its loose and the whole lamp is junk now. The only use the switch had was once a day when I turned it off to take my snake out of his tank for playtime. It wasnt on the floor so nobody stepped on it or anything it was just made poorly.

> 3 dayThe UV Bulb is longer than the light fixture. It would have been better if the fixture was a little deeper by maybe an inch or two. Ive seen deeper ones at the local pet shop, so I know they exist. The porcelain coating does seem to help insulate the heat. Otherwise, this is a step up from a cheap clamp lamp, and it does a good job.

> 3 dayLampe conforme, correspondant à mes attentes. Assez petites mais suffisante pour éclairer la plage de mes tortues. Le mode de fixation ne permet cependant pas vraiment de régler la hauteur de la lampe par rapport a laquarium, ce qui peut peut être poser problème. Sinon jen suis satisfaite. A voir la résistance dans la durer... Reçu très rapidement.

> 3 dayWorks great as intended for heating my hermit crabs tank. It doesnt glow for but a few mere minutes after turning off (oh well, I purchased a moon bulb for the nights so no big deal). Also, I have never installed a clamp lamp and there were no instructions but I figured it out. I would buy it again gladly.
