Only brought in November and already blown multiple times times this has happened now

Jutilise ce produit pour un pogona. Le faisceau est parfait. Pas de chauffe grâce à la douille. Visible sur ma chaîne YouTube loeil du celte Je recommande ce produit.

Nous avons acheté ce produit pour y fixer une ampoule Exoterra Éclairage pour Reptiles Lampe Infrared Basking Spot 75 W également achetée sur Amazon. Le tout va à merveille. Le système de fixation est très bien pensé et facile demploi. Il sadapte très bien sur la plupart des supports. Ce produit rempli donc très bien sa fonction.

The last heat lamp surround that I purchased from the manufacturer Prorep decided it would melt inside my bearded dragons vivarium, aside from smouldering and causing toxic plastic smoke it also melted the bulb which caused the bulb to drop onto the ground of the vivarium which also happened to be a Prorep bulb, thankfully I was home when this happened. My biggest concern was naturally for my beardy, I urgently needed a new bulb and a heat lamp and living in the middle of nowhere I did panic slightly. Thankfully I ordered one of these and it arrived the next day with a 150watt bulb. The difference in quality is evident, theres no plastic to melt, its covered in ceramic which disperses the heat, theres no hot spots on the surround like my last one and the exoterra bulb feels hotter which is a bonus. I cant thank them enough for getting this to me for the day after and I am now a firm exoterra customer.

Does its job, used with 60w basking bulb for tortiose. Cant comment on the glow as i havent actually noticed whether it glows or not.

Product didn’t come with a UK plug, just EU. disappointed as the plug will need replacing or an adapter.
