> 24 hourIt does what its supposed to. The main reason I gave it three stars is because when an item is advertised as NEW I expect it to look NEW. This item arrived already showing visible signs of rust and a damanged finish, consistent with something used. Apparently this isnt the first time it has happened either because an earlier review noted a similar problem regarding signs of rust. If you do decide to buy this make sure you have an adequately large and sturdy surface to place it on. The item is VERY heavy, and the handle is not the easiest one to operate. It requires a certain amount of force and I found that the press almost tipped back when I tried to open it because the handle seems to stick. Now, maybe thats just mine because the screw along the back is rusted, but maybe its just the way it is even if that wasnt the case.

> 24 hourTop plate is slightly crooked. Email company with no response. I’ve heard it’s fixable. Otherwise works good.

> 24 hourFor the price, I love this press. The digital temp setting reads hotter than what the actual Platen temp is. Ex: 331 on the digital readout is actually 320 at the platen, measured with a temp gun. The upper platen has quite a bit of variation in heat distribution. The front usually ranges from 5-8 degrees hotter than the back, when checking with my laser temp gun. This poses a challenge on larger transfers for even heat distribution. Once you get the specifics of the machine figured out, it is easy to use, and seems to give even pressure throughout. Overall, I won’t complain for the price. Great for starting out with your first heat press.

> 24 hourWhen I purchased this I thought it sounded like the best deal for my money. It is very heavy (which is fine-its supposed to be) but lifting the handle up was very difficult and still kind of is unless I brace my other hand on the base. Even if I loosen the pressure on the handle to make it easier to lift it either doesnt lock or doesnt put enough pressure for the vinyl to stick. Also, I wish I would have bought a swing-away heat press instead. My desk with my heat press is hip-high so it is sometimes difficult to get under the top to lay shirts straight. Its different from the product picture but mostly the same so not that big of a deal, but I also chose this one because its blue and mine was not blue. Also, Ive had issues with the entire plate not heating up as if there are cold spots. The edges seem to heat up correctly but dead center doesnt get as hot. So normally I just bump up the temp ALOT higher than what the vinyl calls for and for a longer time to get good application. Overall, I wish I could return and get something different, but Im happy with it for now.

> 24 hourSo far I am very impressed with this machine. Makes the work very easy to do and quickly. Heavy and built solid. I was able to do 6 cruise t-shirts within minutes. I purchased a 9x12 Fancierstudio over a year ago and constantly second guessed myself on the positioning of the vinyl. Now I can actually see and just wished I went with the 15x15 in the first place.

> 24 hourGreat press! Arrived quickly! Sturdy frame and best price I could find for the size 15x15! Im already spoiling my friends and family with t shirts and hoodies. Ive only had it a few days but Im in love. It was easy to set up (aka take out of box, set on a sturdy desk, and plug in) then setting the temp and time was super easy as well!

> 24 hourMake sure to get a heat gun and timer. Temp is a little off, and timer only works half of the time. Small inconveniences for the price.

> 24 hourIt works really well. Timer automatically starts. Really easily adjustable on the heat and the actual pressure. Only down side is that is is heavy. But that is everyone that I have used so far. So really no complaints

> 24 hourNice cheap heat press. Easy to use. Only negative is how far it opens, it could be wider to make it easier to load a garment.
