> 3 dayGood size. Pretty heavy. The handle is a little hard to lock down and unlock. The edges have some sharp spots. Other than that It’s okay.

> 3 dayLove it! I have burned my self a little when I was in a rush and not paying attention, totally my fault. Works amazing and I don’t know how I ever lived without it. I use it daily and it’s been amazing.

> 3 dayIve been using the heat press extensively for the last 6 months and it worked fine. Of course, 3 days after the 6 month window for product support, the heat plate has stopped holding a consistent temperature. I had chosen this brand because I heard that their customer support was good, but this has NOT been proven to be the case. They are difficult to communicate with, and unwilling to acknowledge that my press is defective and not working. I even got the heat gun out to test the temperatures. Even though it was set to 350, the center 4 inches of the 15 inch press was only 340. And beyond that 4 inches the plate was over 30-40 degrees cooler! The result was sublimation prints that was clear at the center, but faded on the edges. Completely useless. I was really sad that the customer support was so unhelpful. Their English is barely comprehendible. Their suggestions for fixes are pointless--And repetitive. No matter how many times I told them I checked the pressure and settings, they still gave the same response of Check the pressure. And they had the gall to say that the temperature fluctuation was normal. Im very disappointed. Any good company would have been willing to help out just a few days outside the warranty time-period.

> 3 dayWhen I took it out of the box, the digital reader was not working properly but it is too much of a hassle to exchange. It works for what its supposed to do. It does take a while to warm up and I do wonder about my electrical bill, so I save using the heat press for larger projects or when I have saved up enough projects to do at once.

> 3 dayI love this press. I wish that I had bought this one for myself, but at least I can use it at the studio. Its a clam shell open and close, to decrease the chance for burning your arms (yes, Ive done that). The timer begins as soon as you close the press, rather than having to remember to start the timer and guessing the press time. We have used it for Eco printing on paper, shirts, paper bags. We have also used it to press HTV onto shirts and other items. Tis is a good press.

> 3 dayI expanded my business with this. It doesnt cost much. It heats up quickly. Its not too heavy to lift. Im not sure if the temp is accurate but I just bump up the temp anyhow and the job is done.
