> 3 dayWhen I received the heat press there was a yellow hard substance on the front of the bottom plate. Not sure if it is glue or what it is. Also there is a good size indent beside where the glue is. I have yet to use. Deciding whether to return it or not.

> 3 dayGood size. Pretty heavy. The handle is a little hard to lock down and unlock. The edges have some sharp spots. Other than that It’s okay.

> 3 dayItem as described, manual leaves much to figure out on your own, but with youtube videos posted by other owners and a little bit of trial and error I have it figured out. Made my 1st 3 shirts this week, worked like a charm! :-D

> 3 dayI dont think I have ever left a review on a webiste. But what the heck? Had a craft fair this past weekend. I had 50 shirts ready to press. Only a few shirts in, as I was putting the press down, I heard a loud bang, I inspected the press to see what the noise was. Nothing was visibly messed up... I pressed the next shirt and it did not transfer to the shirt. The press also had extremely little resistance, I could clamp it with one finger. I knew something was wrong. So I inspected again and everything seemed fine. However, as I went to put the press down and the right side of the press was a full inch from clamping. I tightened the pressure knob and pressed it down again, it was even worse. I sat for a few minutes trying to think of how to get it to work... I tightened the pressure knob all the way and it still had barely any pressure. No where near what it was before especially. So I had to improvise and get ghetto. I would put the press down, and hold both sides down with oven mitts on. Definitley not happy about it and that it broke so quickly after purchasing. Which leads me to my next ordeal. I purchased the warranty with this item as I made sure to find a press with a warranty. However, the warranty asks for the model number, and the one in the description is incorrect I guess. If someone could reach out to me with a correct model number this would be appreciated so I can ditch my oven mitts. it is not the DG15-BLK, the dg15x15blk, or the other number in the description. Any help is greatly appreciated and will help me get my business back on track
