06-06-2025So far I am very impressed with this machine. Makes the work very easy to do and quickly. Heavy and built solid. I was able to do 6 cruise t-shirts within minutes. I purchased a 9x12 Fancierstudio over a year ago and constantly second guessed myself on the positioning of the vinyl. Now I can actually see and just wished I went with the 15x15 in the first place.

Greater than one weekIve been using the heat press extensively for the last 6 months and it worked fine. Of course, 3 days after the 6 month window for product support, the heat plate has stopped holding a consistent temperature. I had chosen this brand because I heard that their customer support was good, but this has NOT been proven to be the case. They are difficult to communicate with, and unwilling to acknowledge that my press is defective and not working. I even got the heat gun out to test the temperatures. Even though it was set to 350, the center 4 inches of the 15 inch press was only 340. And beyond that 4 inches the plate was over 30-40 degrees cooler! The result was sublimation prints that was clear at the center, but faded on the edges. Completely useless. I was really sad that the customer support was so unhelpful. Their English is barely comprehendible. Their suggestions for fixes are pointless--And repetitive. No matter how many times I told them I checked the pressure and settings, they still gave the same response of Check the pressure. And they had the gall to say that the temperature fluctuation was normal. Im very disappointed. Any good company would have been willing to help out just a few days outside the warranty time-period.

> 3 dayWorks pretty well for the price definitely wish i would have gotten a better one tho, the pressure that I have to use seems like the handle is ready to snap at the bolt, the alignment is off amd there is like glue residue all over the side of the machine the temperature is not consistent throughout the plate either

> 3 dayWhen I received the heat press there was a yellow hard substance on the front of the bottom plate. Not sure if it is glue or what it is. Also there is a good size indent beside where the glue is. I have yet to use. Deciding whether to return it or not.

Greater than one weekSo at first, I was really excited to get this out and start using it! It works pretty good although alot of the time I have to do 2-5 presses even though its set for the same temp and time that each thing is suppose to be done by! Its sadly starting to peel the protective stuff off that is on top! Its also not that easy to open our close! I thought with it being my first heat press maybe I would get used to it and it would become easier.. well I bought it in April and now we are in October!! I regret getting this one and not the one I originally wanted!

I read several reviews and articles for weeks before buying one and debated if I should get one with a swing away arm or attachments but finally decided on this one and I have not been disappointed. It works great. I thought I would be scared of getting burned with it being clamshell but it really is easy to use. I am happy with this one

Some people complained about the instruction and I couldnt really understand why...I would recommend this machine hands down. Its great, compact and not bulky at all

> 3 dayI am frustrated because the press stopped turning on. I did purchase a warranty, thankfully. But I am even more frustrated with the warranty because I have to return the press, and wait for them to fix it and ship it back to me. This will take several weeks, in the mean time - I am without a press. Save your money and buy from heat press nation
