How would I contact the shop/owner for an issue!? I am having an issue with what looks like the heat plate starting to peel!?

I love the fact that it arrived almost a week early! So far, it’s been easy to use. It saves me so much time.

I wanted to wait u til I had this machine a little bit and done a lot of work on it before I gave a review. I would say in the last 2 mths I have done about 500 items on this heat press. This is a great heat press!! I had another one that had all the extra connectors and after 4 mths died so I really researched before I bought a new one! This one heats up quick! Temp is consistent, size is awesome especially for doin lg t-shirts. The one downfall and it’s fine is the top gets very very hot! So I just use a pot holder when it comes time to lift. Np! I have not had one complaint of peeling or any other issues from my project. Good price. Super easy to get started. There is no assembling which is a plus for me! Highly recommend!

I love this press. I wish that I had bought this one for myself, but at least I can use it at the studio. Its a clam shell open and close, to decrease the chance for burning your arms (yes, Ive done that). The timer begins as soon as you close the press, rather than having to remember to start the timer and guessing the press time. We have used it for Eco printing on paper, shirts, paper bags. We have also used it to press HTV onto shirts and other items. Tis is a good press.

I had to return my other heat press because it stopped working and I ordered this one. So far so good.

So far I am very impressed with this machine. Makes the work very easy to do and quickly. Heavy and built solid. I was able to do 6 cruise t-shirts within minutes. I purchased a 9x12 Fancierstudio over a year ago and constantly second guessed myself on the positioning of the vinyl. Now I can actually see and just wished I went with the 15x15 in the first place.

Going on six months and have expanded my small, local business to Etsy. Love this thing!!! I do wish it would have come with the piece of foam some buyers report they got with theirs under the red rubber mat, but oh well. Its a work horse!
