> 24 hourWhat a concept, a tape you can read and mark from either side. Simple elegant!

> 24 hourNo more need to have one lefty and one righty tape measures available. This is both. It is very easy to read and operates smoothly.

> 24 hourThe inside and outside measurements dont match each other. The amount of slip or travel in the tapes metal hook does not equal the thickness of the hook. The hook itself does not appear to be bent (which could cause this problem). I tested three or four Stanley measure tapes right off the shelf at Home Depot and they are all right on the money, so i dont believe that the issue with this FastCap tape is within acceptable tolerances. Thats too bad because i really liked what this tape had to offer. Mainly the marking of the graduations on the tape, example theres a red 11 right above the 11/16 mark, all of the odd sixteenths are marked 3,5,7,9,11,13,15. Also the left read, right read is a great feature. I could not live with the inaccuracy described above, so it was returned for a refund. Thats two for two on failed FastCap tapes for me- - 100% fail. see my review on FastCap PSSP16 16 Pad Standard Story Pole Measuring Tape. Disappointed.

> 24 hourI came here from a Bourbon Moth youtube video (check him out, good stuff), and he was totally right the lefty/righty readings are super handy and youll wonder why you dont see it more on other tape measures and how youve gone sooooo long without it! The 16ths marks are handily indicated and I even sharpen the occasional pencil with it...not because I need to...I just enjoy that it has a sharpener built in.

> 24 hourThe tape is lightweight and does not seem very durable, but the main problem is trying to read the measurements, its almost impossible to read unless youre really close up.
