We found the suitcase to be a good buy. Perfect for carry-on travel luggage. Easy installation of wheels. The Lock was a big plus. A great size for a teenager and well as an adult. Would purchase again

These are nice for a childs luggage however not for an adult. The photos are misleading thet are very small. I would not recommend

Awful plastic smell that will not go away. Tried airing it out fur several days and the smell will still not go away. I should have returned it when I had the chance.

The reviews of this bag convinced me that this would be a good purchase. Boy, was I ever wrong. The tie down strap broke on the first day of my travels - pulled right out of the side it was sewn into and was then worthless at keeping my clothes in place. The spinner wheels did allow for a smooth movement until 2 of them fell off in transit and then it was nearly impossible to move the bag through a busy airport. It is NOT scratch resistant! I used this for ONE (1) trip and it looks like its been beaten up and used 1,000 times. The baggage handler told me it felt as if it would collapse when they moved it. This is a HARD NO if you with to protect your belongings and have a reliable, easy to move piece of luggage.

This is a good suitcase. It’s smaller then expected but that’s most likely on me. The zipper broke the moment I I tried to use it. The wheels also come not attached to the suitcase and they don’t stay on super well. I have only used it once so far and it has been good but definitely not a long term suitcase

The wheel broke off the first trip I took the suitcase on. One of the side rubber pieces also fell off. At first I loved it but definitely disappointed me.

I got this case during Amazon prime days for international travel 3 months after I got it. I specifically got it for the TSA lock accessibility. I went on my trip and when coming home at one point my zipper was zip tie closed. I needed scissors to open my suitcase. When I opened it up there was a notification slip from TSA saying they opened it. When I tried to use the locks they wouldn’t stay locked. I contacted Amazon for help. They said it was out or the ‘return’ timeline which I already knew but was hoping since I got it during prime days something could be done. Nope, nada, no help. I contacted this manufacturer customer service. I relayed the same information as above and they asked for the Amazon purchase ID and invoice. As soon as I supplied this information the suitcase was replaced under the 10 year warranty. As for the durability of this case it made the trip to Italy, had several moves putting luggage in the bus compartment, and then several plane transfers to home. There were very few scratches on the case and the color stayed true. There were no dents either. I will be getting the smaller case to match for carry on luggage for future shorter travel. A very happy traveler using this luggage thanks to the manufacturer customer service.

The luggage is not 20 inches it is actually smaller.

I’ve been a flight attendant for 17 years and it’s by far my favorite luggage ever. I get soooooo many compliments on this 2 piece set. It gives rich auntie or uncle vibes. It has surely made life easier for me w the small carry case. I use it for my toiletries on one side and the zip side is for my makeup. I’ll def be ordering this on repeat so seller plz don’t stop selling. Also the rolling bag holds way more than it looks. Do yourself a favor and level up with this luggage set. I think I’m going to order in another color for my personal trips. And I love that you can roll it beside you or pull behind.

This was a nice upgrade from my old suitcase. It is very light weight and built with quality materials. I did encounter a problem in the airport where the side strap broke on one side. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement and suitcase cover as a small gift! Wonderful and understanding customer service! I also purchased sticker decals to add to the suitcase so that I could easily identify my luggage. I received many compliments. Bonus tip: use vaccum sealed bags to save on space. Both suitcases were considered carry-ons so there was no need to pay for luggage fees.
