> 3 dayI got this case during Amazon prime days for international travel 3 months after I got it. I specifically got it for the TSA lock accessibility. I went on my trip and when coming home at one point my zipper was zip tie closed. I needed scissors to open my suitcase. When I opened it up there was a notification slip from TSA saying they opened it. When I tried to use the locks they wouldn’t stay locked. I contacted Amazon for help. They said it was out or the ‘return’ timeline which I already knew but was hoping since I got it during prime days something could be done. Nope, nada, no help. I contacted this manufacturer customer service. I relayed the same information as above and they asked for the Amazon purchase ID and invoice. As soon as I supplied this information the suitcase was replaced under the 10 year warranty. As for the durability of this case it made the trip to Italy, had several moves putting luggage in the bus compartment, and then several plane transfers to home. There were very few scratches on the case and the color stayed true. There were no dents either. I will be getting the smaller case to match for carry on luggage for future shorter travel. A very happy traveler using this luggage thanks to the manufacturer customer service.
