> 3 dayCan definitely see how other reviewers suitcase have bent in you can feel how flimsy the outside plastic is. I think it’s work if you see road-trip or domestic flying but I was too worried about bringing this to my trip to Europe so I returned it; didn’t feel sturdy enough. The inside is also pretty shallow and zippers didn’t feel secure. The outside zipper w the TSA lock was nice though.

> 3 dayItem arrived with the lining ripped, making the interior pocket unusable. I understand defects happen, but if you’re in a pinch, don’t take a chance with this bag. I needed mine for a trip the next day and had to figure something else out.

> 3 dayOn vacation I accidentally locked my suitcase. I emailed customer service which promptly emailed me back with instructions to open it. The suitcase itself is all I expected with a carry on luggage. Fits perfectly in the overhead compartment. The outside is very easy to clean when needed.

It was cracked when it came out of the box.

> 3 dayI got this for an incoming trip, so I can’t say how it holds up yet, but it looks really sharp and love the small cosmetic bag which really is a good size. The wheels seem sturdy as well as the zippers. Fingers crossed it travels as well as it looks!
