> 3 dayI purchased this suitcase for an overseas trip. I love the wheels and the handle. When the suitcase is upright on the wheels, you can place your carry-on strap over the handle and rest the bag on top of the case, so it is easy to get around the airport. This is the first time using a hardshell case and I like it much more than a soft suitcase. The only issue I had was figuring out the TSA locks. I would definitely recommend!

Greater than one weekI did not like the strap was broken inside, and the clasp/ name tag was broken on the outside

> 3 dayMy 11 year old travels everywhere for sports and she is so excited about this! She especially loves that there’s a separate case for all of her “Bath and Body” collection!

> 3 dayBought two of these suitcases. After two trips the strap inside one of them is broken and pads that they sit on have broken on both. I have contacted the company for warranty support and they have not responded. I hope that they stand behind their product and that they will replace or repair them. Update. I have contacted them twice for warrant repair and they have not responded. Terrible service.

> 3 dayI am returning this. It has a terrible chemical smell and is clearly not very durable.

Greater than one weekThe reviews of this bag convinced me that this would be a good purchase. Boy, was I ever wrong. The tie down strap broke on the first day of my travels - pulled right out of the side it was sewn into and was then worthless at keeping my clothes in place. The spinner wheels did allow for a smooth movement until 2 of them fell off in transit and then it was nearly impossible to move the bag through a busy airport. It is NOT scratch resistant! I used this for ONE (1) trip and it looks like its been beaten up and used 1,000 times. The baggage handler told me it felt as if it would collapse when they moved it. This is a HARD NO if you with to protect your belongings and have a reliable, easy to move piece of luggage.

> 3 dayI was in Paris and had to buy a new suitcase because both the outside AND inside zippers broke. By the time I got back I missed the return window. So I just have this broken suitcase I never got to use.
