Bought two of these suitcases. After two trips the strap inside one of them is broken and pads that they sit on have broken on both. I have contacted the company for warranty support and they have not responded. I hope that they stand behind their product and that they will replace or repair them. Update. I have contacted them twice for warrant repair and they have not responded. Terrible service.

Very light weight. Inside nylon pocket was torn during shipment, from plastic bag holding wheels were inside that pocket. I can return, but doesn’t help during the time I was planning to use the suitcase. Packing for shipping should be different for the bag with wheels

I got this for an incoming trip, so I can’t say how it holds up yet, but it looks really sharp and love the small cosmetic bag which really is a good size. The wheels seem sturdy as well as the zippers. Fingers crossed it travels as well as it looks!

Suitcase is exactly as described. I was worried the color wouldnt look the same as the picture, but it did. No issues with wheels falling/breaking off like other reviewers have stated.

Awful plastic smell that will not go away. Tried airing it out fur several days and the smell will still not go away. I should have returned it when I had the chance.

I was in Paris and had to buy a new suitcase because both the outside AND inside zippers broke. By the time I got back I missed the return window. So I just have this broken suitcase I never got to use.

I love this set! The suitcase is fine and rolls/maneuvers easily, but I especially love that the little traincase that goes with it easily slides over the handle of the suitcase. Super easy to travel with!

Very light and durable!

This suitcase is a good carry-on. Its sturdy. And I really like the feature of removable wheels, because it makes it easy to store inside another suitcase, or to stack.
