> 3 dayThe keyboard works wonderfully! This is my first time purchasing a gaming keyboard and I believe this one is amazing. The brightness is pretty good and I have zero complaints on it’s quality. The color is good and aesthetically pleasing aswell! Thank you!

> 3 dayI have had a few mechanical keyboards, mostly for gaming, with blue switches. After I spilled chicken broth on my last keyboard (Im a pro, I swear) it was still crawling along but I wanted to get a replacement board. This keyboard reminds me of the one we had as kids on our Tandy - AND it lights up. Pog. I saw it came with brown switches and decided to give them a spin - good LORD I love this keyboard. It has a fantastic, worthy weight to it. Its BIG. The keys are big, the board is deep...it is a welcoming, easy thing to fall into with typing or gaming. The keys are luxurious and give in a satisfying way with every press. ITS SEXY. The keys are definitely not as loud as a blue switch, but still have a definitive click to each tap. Im ordering a second one for the office because I love it so much. Listen - I hemmed and hawed about this board and bought other, cheaper boards because its just a keyboard....no. This board is LOVE. Treat yourself, get a nice keyboard, enjoy your typing. We need to enjoy the little things, and if a keyboard can do that for you - DO IT. A side note - the link in the description for the lighting effects program looks sketchy to download but its completely safe, I took the plunge and it worked just fine on my PC. Happy typing!

> 3 daybought this keyboard as a replacement to my corsair strafe mk 1. Overall really happy with this new one (AK510 Retro with brown switches). The design is very pretty, as it is retro themed with other modern design choices and materials. The brown switches are a refreshing change to the cherry red. Cherry reds were louder and linear activation (no clickyness, unlike the brown switches that are somewhat clicky). Still a very new keyboard so I dont know how well it lasts, and I did not install the software since the default rainbow lighting is good for me.

> 3 dayBought this keyboard based on the switches, as it says they are quiet, the color, and, being on sale, the price. When the box arrived I was surprised by the weight. I am loving the weight of this keyboard and the design that went into it. The software was easier to find than what people had said online and am running a custom color format with ease. Macros on the other hand, I am still working on. It would be nice to have some media controls or a way to adjust the RGB with dedicated buttons rather than Fn + Esc. I would also like to be able to remove or adjust the red lighting on the side. Overall, I am in love with this keyboard. The keys are light and, in my opinion, tactile; catching your fingers as they fly to the key. The weight helps keep it in place The RGB helps at night and not too bright.

> 3 dayThe Ajazz AK510 is simply a superb keyboard all around. Some things that stand out to me: DESIGN - The retro grayscale look of this keyboard is really easy on the eyes and brings me back to the days of DOS gaming in the early 90s. The keys themselves are very tall and feel good to press. Each key feels slightly wobbly in place, but for me that isnt an issue and doesnt get in the way of the satisfying tactile feel of typing, but worth noting in case thats a problem for other people. It also comes with an orange version of the ESC, ENTER & SPACE keys, along with a key removing tool. I personally like the full grayscale look, but the option to put in some orange keys is nice. HEFT - This keyboard is much heavier than I thought it would be, and I love it. It feels solidly built and wont slide around on your desk. As with most keyboard, it has 2 foldable flaps on the back you can use to angle the keyboard up more. SOUND - I originally got the model with the Blue switches, and it was very very loud and clicky. I actually really liked the way it sounded and was super satisfying to type on, but I was worried about it being so loud that it would bother my wife in the other room or even my neighbors. I eventually returned it and swapped it out for the quieter Brown switch model, which is a perfect compromise of still providing a tactile feedback without the extra click you get from the Blue switches. COLORS - I bought the keyboard mostly for the retro grayscale look, but I was pleasantly surprised how fantastic the RGB color options are. Maybe its something about the fact that its a grey keyboard and not dark black, but the colors are super bright and vibrant and really amazing looking. There are 10 or so different preset modes, and you can tweak the speed & brightness to fit your needs. There are also 5 completely customizable gaming slots you can use to customize the RGB layout for different games. You can also opt to not use any RGB colors at all, but in my opinion this keyboard really shines with color options enabled. FINAL THOUGHTS - I dont usually write product reviews, but Ive been so fired up about this thing in the week since I got it that I just had to share my thoughts on it. If you like the look of this keyboard, you cant go wrong with this thing. Just make sure to look into the difference between the Blue Switch (LOUD) and Brown Switch (quieter) version because they are significantly different. The RGB color modes are amazing looking and Im actually excited to type on this thing any chance I get. Maybe I need to become a writer...

> 3 dayExcellent weight and keys feel incredible. Full color customization for the keys, so you don’t need to stick to a preset. You can also save your own design for late use

> 3 dayI have some favorite keyboard makers. Im not big into building from scratch so, like most consumers, am at the mercy of what manufacturers want to manufacture. My shortlist of favorite keyboards is probably familiar, Royal Kludge, Razor, and Durgod sit at the top. All popular brands. And then there is this lurker...AJAZZ. My first AJAZZ keyboard was the 82-key AJAZZ GEEK. Although I love my 60% keyboards for customization, small size, and gaming they lack the quick key access for programming and daily work. I upped my game to the GEEK with blue switches and found a sense of happiness. I would have left well enough alone if not for the 1.5u sized Right shift... Enter the AK510. I dig older computers and have always wanted to go for something with that retro feel. Not wanting to shell out $100+ for Durgods latest release and get another 60% I went for this instead. Its a grown-ups keyboard. Has all keys. Has all the lights too! You can customize this keyboard so that each and every key has its own color...and then save it! The built-in light functions are the typical ones so your favorite (breath is mine) is there. I got the browns for this one and I dont regret it. I love tactile and I love clicky, but the Browns are what I need for hours of typing and working. The feel is there to satisfy but not loud enough to annoy. Stabs are OK, have not put the miles on to really know. They are not lubbed like Durgod but not cheap feeling either. Well... thats it. Ive got a spread sheet to zoom around! YAY!

> 3 dayI like the “click” of the keys - solid keyboard… I use it to type/music production.

> 3 dayI believe another reviewer wrote that he needed more beige in his life...he was absolutely right. This is my first venture into mechanical keyboard territory since a time when mechanical keyboards were the only ones you could actually buy. This thing is awesome. I love typing on it. It has tremendous heft and feels very sturdy. This thing is not going to move around on any surface as you type. The LEDs are pretty cool too and have full RGB which sort of ripple across the keys. I am sure there is a way to control them but I am just playing around with it now so I havent figured that out yet. I went with the Blue switches which provide a lot of clickiness and sound. You can read about the differences in Red, Blue, Brown and Black or look on YouTube and there are plenty of folks who have uploaded videos demonstrating the sound these switch produce--just look up Cherry MX switch sound stuff should pop up. At any rate, here is what I would say. If youre in deep enough that you care about something like a mechanically switched keyboard vs a membrane...youll probably be very happy with this brand. Like I said, this is my first time out since these things were standard and this keybaord feels exactly the way I would expect it to. I also love the retro style on this too. It is very very beige.

23-11-2024Looks great out of the box and also comes with a few alternate red/orange keys that you can pop in. Lots of customization available for the lights. I bought a red switch keyboard from ajazz over a year ago which was also nice buy I prefer the brown switches they have in this one. Very good for people that are a bit sloppy with their typing and have longer/larger fingers. The red switches led to more typos due to those reasons. I was expecting it to be much louder but dont think its any louder than the red switch keyboard I use of theirs.
