Purchased this for my one-year old great-niece and she loved it! Her little hands can hold the wand and make beautiful music! The colors are bright and vibrant. She can entertain herself or an adoring audience!

This is an okay toy. Our kids had the original Fisher-Price Xylophone and loved it, so we wanted to buy this for our grandson. The original one had a long pull string, and when you pulled it, little hammers on the bottom made music. This one does not have that, and the string is so short that its useless, especially since the stick you are supposed to play the xylophone with is attached to the string, so it makes it really hard to play the instrument. I cut the stick off, and that helped. But the stick is so long that there is a danger that your baby might choke if he has it in his mouth and falls forward. If the stick was shorter, it would be helpful. We took it away and gave him something shorter to hit the xylophone with. So this is fun, but not as good as the original, and I just wish it would play music when you pushed it along the floor.

Got this for my 1 year olds birthday and she loves it. It took her a few weeks to figure out how to hit it properly. Now shes jamming out. It makes a pleasant sound. Its fun for adults to play to. I have already figured out a few songs. My daughter is a chewer though and did chew off the paint on a few keys. Shes already quite adventurous and we have to make sure it doesnt turn into a skateboard or step.

I bought this for my 6 mo. She displays interest in grabbing this toy and I look forward to watching her grow into it. In the meantime, my preschool aged kiddo runs off with it and plays in her room. Actually, sometimes I find myself playing with it as well.

I was disappointed in this toy. I believe it’s been around a long time and you expect better from Fisher Price. It had very poor sound and the instrument to hit it with was so close to the toy that you could barely play it. Returned.

The Fisher-Price Classic Xylophone pull toy has 8 colorful keys to encourage early music-making creativity, helping toddlers develop a sense of accomplishment. And as their musical abilities grow, mini maestros can follow the colors to create a real song! The mallet’s attached so it never gets lost. And it’s on wheels so toddlers can walk and pull their musical instrument wherever they go!
