Greater than one weekLike I said on my previous purchase of toys I purchased all of these toys from Amazon because I have a great grandbaby now this was his first Christmas and I knew all of the toys that I purchased for him we’re going home with his mother and father and I didn’t have to worry about the noise that the toys were going to make around the house that’s up to his parents to worry about that I just keep buying him toys that make a lot of noise and he loves it

> 3 dayI really love this item and my infant took to it just like I thought he would. The packaging was super easy to get the toy out of, which this very tired mom was grateful for on Xmas day. I think I spent a good fifteen minutes myself tapping out music on it while my infant watched amazed. My only complaint it that the cord connecting the Xylophone to the stick is really short. I had a hard time trying to maneuver it to hit the red tile at the end without twisting it in a weird way and my one year old got pretty frustrated by it after a few minutes himself when he couldnt hit what he wanted to. Ill most likely be cutting the string off to save myself the headache in the future when assisting my little one in learning to improve his motor skills. Overall I am super happy with the purchase!

Greater than one weekThe toy is cute and functions as it should, but the string that holds the thing you use to play the piano is very very short! It’s so short that it almost doesn’t reach to be able to tap on each piano note. Seems like it should be a bit longer

> 3 dayI bought this for my son and was also gifted another of the same model. While one of the two was excellent, the other had poor intonation. In a toy that will give a child their first musical experience, its important that they are exposed to good intonation if you hope to start music lessons when theyre older. On another note, Fisher Price does not state that they use BPA-free plastic - somewhat concerning as my 13-month-old likes to chew on the mallet.

> 3 dayI got this as a Christmas gift for my almost 2 year old granddaughter (I had one of these as a child and played with it for YEARS). She really likes playing with it. For some reason, she thinks it’s a camera and holds it up and says “Say Cheese!”, but she also plays “music” on it. It didn’t take her long to figure out how to hold the mallet in a way to get “good sound” from the xylophone. It’s a good way to introduce “making music” to kids. I also find myself playing little tunes on it from time to time, even when my granddaughter isn’t around haha!

> 3 dayContinuing with my desire to buy some classic toys for my son I ended up buying the Fisher-Price Xylophone. My son loves it. Makes a lot of noise and he enjoys when I try and play a melody on it for him.

> 3 dayFor $6, this is a great buy. My 7 month old is obsessed with it and even accidentally bangs out some notes sometimes. The mallet is his favorite thing to chew on. The low note is definitely flat as others have noted, which is really irritating, but it serves its purpose.
