This was my second attempt. Every screen I get has a dead spot somewhere. Im giving up. It worked better cracked.

Two things to keep in mind while installing the new screen. If the frame has any dents you may have some difficulty replacing the glass. I had trouble with the small plastic frame that cradles the glass. Our kids have dropped our old iPad on he corners and it made it hard to install the thin plastic rim. I had to bend out the corners a bit. Also, after I replaced the glass, the touch screen wasnt responding. I didnt have the digitizer plugged in all the way. Make sure the small white lines disappear when you go to plug in the new parts.

This is my three or fourth purchase and adhesive tape DOES NOT HOLD. I clear iPad completely and I have to use other adhesive tape to make it hold.

Overall fix was extremely easy. I have never attempted to fix an iPad before so this was my first shot. Honestly, it took all of 15-20 minutes if that. Followed some quick YouTube tutorials and before you know it the new screen was in place and back up and running. Would definitely purchase again, if needed that is :)

The sticky thing doesnt hold very well. I managed to break my ipad screen second time and decided to try this replacement screen. followed instructions and still, the screen doesnt stay on the ipad and keep falling off. Didnt have that issue the first time.

Item was defective, only the top part of the digitizer worked. When I installed my old digitizer it worked fine (even though it was cracked). I requested a replacement which arrived within a few days, and the same problem was happening. Only the top half of the screen worked. When I put my old one, it worked fine.

Extremely thin and fragile. Most likely not to Apples OEM specs. Disappointed...

The instructions were all about removing the old screen. The online info said look at youtube. Unfortunately, I didnt see how to install the new plastic frame under the digitizer in a video, but I figured it out. The product looks well made. The packaging was nice. The screen came with tape, camera mount and home button attached. It also came with a wifi cable. Everything was clean. Installed, then nothing. No response from the touch screen. Nothing. No cracks or loose connections. Just doesnt work. Returned it.
