Good fit ; easy to replace

My wife watched every video 5 times. She spent the entire afternoon working on it. She was being so very very careful, but in the end she ended up ruining the inner screen. Its just too difficult. And my wife is very handy with these sort of things. In fact she has a degree in electrical engineering.

The product was fine but when you go to peel the plastic cover to protect the glass all the adhesive from the plastic stays on the glass and what a nightmare to get off would not recommend not worth the trouble

Instructions were incomplete. Had to use a Youtube video. Good quality tools. Screen did not work. Once installed top of screen and bottom worked with touch, HOWEVER middle of screen did not recognize. Could not put in password. Talked to customer service and they were helpful and are sending a replacement although it will be another 2-3 weeks.

Good quality screen, good price, tools better than average and good instructions. The only quip would be that the print and photos on the instruction sheet are really tiny and hard to see- especially the diagrams/photos. but this is really minor when you can go online. It also came with the bezel gasket as well- which was unexpected. This can really get screwed up in removal sometimes, so this is a really appreciated thing.

Very impressed with the quality of this product. I cannot distinguish between the original screen and this one. Compared to similar products being sold, this one had caught my eye with the Home button, camera and adhesive strips pre-installed. The included instructions are reasonably clear and concise for removal, but I would still suggest people review some videos on YouTube or similar to understand the danger areas (WiFi and 3G antennas in particular), and to see precisely what the written instructions are really telling you to do. My screen was very badly cracked, so I had to exercise more caution so as not to have shards end up inside the device when removing it. All in all it took me 35-40 minutes total to complete the repair. Heat is definitely your friend with removal. I cannot stress that enough. Dont be scared. Just keep the heat gun moving. I would also suggest that the seller makes a link available somewhere to download the instructions in PDF format, as the enclosed ones are definitely on the small side. And missing are installation instructions. While to most it would be relatively obvious that installation is the reverse, emphasis should be made on installing the cables up to the white marks as well as suggesting that people test the device before removing the protector from the adhesive strips.

Repaired an iPad and love the way the adhesive stuck and the screen was flush against the iPad...feels very strong

First one didnt work but FixCracked promptly shipped a replacement.
