The product itself is pretty good but removal and installation instructions doesnt help much. Had to look in You Tube in order to be able to do it

bought two screens and repaired two iPads successfully.

Product is defective, the entire left side of screen cannot be used

Difficulty of install depends on your skill set. First time without tools will be challenging. Watch videos and take your time. Only issu is the adhesive started to detach. I recommend putting a case on that covers the front to keep it secured. Other then that works good

Very well protected and quickly received. On close inspection is found fine strands of the glue on the inside of the glass. Check before installing. I would buy again.

Home button no longer works . I suggest reusing your old home button/flex cable . Adhesive sucks , buy 3m double side tape if you chose to buy this replacement screen with non working home button .

A hair dryer does not do good enough of a job to remove the old screen so make sure you use a heat gun. It is a fairly easy installation once you get the old screen out. The reason for the 1-star review is that the home button on the replacement separated from the screen after only one month of normal use by an adult (no kids mashing the button real hard or being abusive). Now I am looking for another brand of replacement.

The first one I got one of the cables was broken, returned it and reordered. The second one, the cables were fine. I followed all the directions, Peeled the adhesive tabs off. Set it in the frame and lightly pressed the edges to seal the adhesive and it cracked. All that work for nothing.

Easy to install after treacherous removal of old screen. Only complaint is now my iPad is unusable due to no response to touch. It was a long shot replacement after my kids all but destroyed the iPad the last few years so it may have seen it’s last days lol
