Freud 34-104: 1/8 Radius Rounding Over Bit, EA, Multi

Very smooth operation that made it easy to use. The results are clean and crisp. Im very happy with this bit. I had used it with my palm router.

I once read an interesting product blurb on the Freud quadra cutters that explained how half the blades cut up while the other half cut down to improve smoothness. However they do it - it works. If youre wanting to do full-radius bullnose finishing on 2-by stock - heres your product. One pass on each side (its a deep cut - dont go too fast...) and done. Smooth burnished cut that didnt need further sanding for my application. This is an expensive bit. Its worth it.

Although made in China, the router bit is a freud, and its performing very well.

The new four wing technology incorporated in this router makes for excellent burn-free performance. Cutting is fast and without those annoying tear-outs that often appear on end grain and when working against the grain.
