Freud 34-104: 1/8 Radius Rounding Over Bit, EA, Multi

Like pretty much any Freud bit, this one cuts amazingly smoothly (like buttah). It chomped right through some 3/4 Baltic Birch plywood with no problem and left a nice smooth rounded edge on it which required minimal sanding (just a quick pass with 150 grit). I have three or four Freud bits now and they have all been excellent. I wouldnt hesitate to get another one.

Used this bit to take the edge off of some red oak shaker cabinet doors and as another reviewer said, it makes the doors look more, finished. 1/8 is too much for cabinet doors but 1/16 is just right. I may just leave it in the cordless router.

The Quadra Bit makes all the difference by providing cleaner smoother cuts, Its the only 1/4 inch round over bit that I will use.

What can you say? Its a Freud router bit! Cut clean on both the router table and fixed base hand hold router. I have a number of Freud products and I have yet to be disappointed in the quality of the products.

A lot less reworking required.
