> 3 dayFirst impression, water capacity is significantly smaller than I expected, smaller than a mug, so I have to change out the dirty water frequently. Maybe not a bad thing if you want to take breaks a lot for the sake of your health, but its inconvenient and not really an upgrade from what I was using before. The deep grooves along the back of the cup which are intended to draw the hairs into a point, I never use, since I wipe my brush on a paper towel to remove excess water and form the point. The ridges up the walls inside of the cup, not sure if they help too much, but I never use them either. The deep ridges along the bottom of the cup, I never use with my layer brushes unless I want to ruin them, but they are really good for deep cleaning less fragile brushes (like synthetic brushes and dry brushes). The tapered wide-bottom shape is nice in that its hard to knock over on the table top, but not so nice in that its easy to slip out of your grip on a trip to the sink (unless you hold it up from underneath). The notch along the top of the cup holds a brush, and is pretty nice. Its molded as a single piece of polypropylene plastic, and its form is hollow so that it can be stacked.

> 3 dayI bought this as an alternative to the Mason jar I always kept on my desk when painting. Pros: The inside of the cup has ridges and textures to help clean my brushes without causing damage. Convenient brush holder built into the lip of the cup. Small enough to fit onto pretty much any workstation. Wider base helps to ensure it wont get accidently bumped and spilled too easily. Cons: Its made by Citadel so its pricey. Much smaller than I expected. I find I have to empty and refill it more often than my old Mason jar. Material is a pretty light weight plastic. I really thought it would be a bit more robust than it is. Overall, if this was a gift, I would love it. Since I paid for it myself, not as hyped. It is a good product which has a few perks but overall just a bit to expensive for what you actually get. Stick to a large bowl/Mason jar, etc.

> 3 dayIf you put metallic paint in it, it will suck up those metal bits like a sponge does water and it will gather onto your brush. If you then use any other paints, it will fall into it and now my radiation on my Necrons sparkles like Edward from Twilight I use it because I like representing brands and such but there are more innovative and cooler products on Amazon for way cheaper. You are paying for the name on the cup. It does not hold that much water and needs to be washed constantly, and other pots I have do a better job of taking off the paint on my brushes. This pot has actually ruined 2 of my brushes. It gets 3 stars because it does what it says it does.

> 3 daySeriously. Its a pot for water for when youre painting your miniatures. It has a few touches that make it superior to a coffee mug (it has a notch for resting your paintbrush off the table, and there are structures inside the pot that make it easier to divest your brush of excess. It is sturdy and it is designed to not knock over easilly. Unlike warhammer games, which are known by iteration number, this has an actual year on it...so you can lord it over fellow hobbyists thirty years from now that youve been buying miniatures for thirty years. Also like most warhammer minatures, it is supplied unpainted.

> 3 dayIm new to painting, but this has definitely helped a ton! the ridges are helpful to quickly clean my brushes and the grooves are there to help get that point again. Im strictly against the old school method of using my mouth to wet and form the tip of my brush! Im not going to be a paint eater... gross!
