This watch is the best! The features for tracking stress, sleep and body battery have been really helpful in managing my day to day fight with PTSD. The body battery is an interesting concept that helps me plan my days based on my energy reserves and checking them against how I am actually feeling. It is surprisingly accurate. Sooo many more great features! Love that it is not metal, but rather a very light weight, non metal case. Im allergic to nickel so that takes the worry out of it. Really wish the Solar Tactical was available when I ordered it... this one is good but I seem to have to plug it in once a week to recharge it. After having higher end watches that recharge on kinetic motion or sunlight I liked not having to charge my watches or replace batteries. But I wanted to try my first garmin watch and decided to go with the non solar to see if I liked it. I Doo!!

I am absolutely outraged. I bought this product and when I opened the box there was no watch. The box was sealed so so this could have only been an employee? £260 for an empty box!

Ive had my Garmin Instinct since Christmas and I love it. Its replaced all of my other watches and the only time I take it off is to charge it. Ill be honest at this point, I dont even use all of the features that this watch has, but love the heart rate monitor and sleep tracking functions as it gives me a baseline of key health metrics. Im sure as I head outdoors into the warmer weather the GPS and tracking functions will also be extremely useful. Thanks Garmin!

Gift for My grandson whos a Marine and was figuring in Syria. He used one there and wanted one for state side life as well.

Also ich habe keine Ahnung wie diese Uhr zur Navigation beim Wandern nützlich sein soll. Sie zeigt keinerlei Wege, Straßen oder sonstiges an was zur Orientierung hilfreich wäre. Zurück geschickt und Apple Watch SE gekauft. Dazu die Workoutapp gekauft und schon gibt’s mit der Navigation kein Problem mehr. Übrigens preislich kein großer Unterschied. Für mich ist das lediglich eine überteuerte Fitnessuhr.

Great watch and fitness tracker, had this a while now and still learning new things about it. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, the case and strap material is really hard wearing but very comfortable.
