Garmin 010-02562-00 Forerunner 55, GPS Running Watch with Daily Suggested Workouts, Up to 2 weeks of Battery Life, Black

The only watch like this Ive ever owned was a Fitbit Ionic. Well that died on me for no apparent reason a couple weeks ago, so I had been looking for a replacement. I didnt want to go with a Fitbit again and figured Garmin was the next best option. After looking at several models, I settled on the Forerunner 55. Feature-wise, it had everything I could have wanted. A quality brand with HR, sleep tracking, notifications and - like most Garmin products - has a good reputation of being a great fitness tracker among other things.

the watch is great , does everything is advertised and battery lasts a lot.

El reloj es bonito aunque es un poco más chico de lo que parece en las fotos. En cuanto a funcionamiento le doy 5 estrellas, la batería le dura fácilmente una semana usando las funciones de GPS para correr 4-5 veces por semana. El GPS es rápido y preciso.

Easy to set up. Great for every day use. The data is easy to read. Also the band is great.

Bought this as a christmas gift for my Son In Law. He absolutely raves about it and the features such as alternate running routes and so much more. He just recently discovered the customization features as well.

Purchased it in Aug 2021...Its now March 2023 I get 10-20 min of battery goes to 20% before I need to recharge again.

Pros: Excellent battery life I get 12 days on average. Lightweight, fits a variety of wrist sizes (4.9-8). Great for tracking activities, workouts and sleep. Reliable GPS. Womens health tracking available. Comfortable to wear, looks nice on. Affordable as a midrange watch option. Can be used to track a variety of activities besides running (ex. Walking, pool swimming, yoga, cardio).

Even the most basic functions are almost impossible to access. The owners manual? Nearly useless. Customer service? None.

Out of the box, only got about 6 days of battery life compared to the advertised 2 weeks, even though Im a light user.

El reloj resultó defectuoso, se lo regalé a mi novio y el segundo día se quedó congelado, ya no permitió escoger entrenamientos ni seleccionar otras opciones de carátula, además la caja venía abierta no tenía sello cuando la recibí, lo más probable es que se trate de un reloj reconstruido o usado. Tratamos de reiniciarlo y ponerlo a cargar pero nada funcionó, se quedó congelado, solicitaré el reembolso y mejor lo pediré directamente de la tienda garmin.
