This mini PC packs a mean punch. I mainly use it for conducting video visits and charting for work. I’m not a gamer or content creator so I cannot speak to how it would hold up to more demanding tasks. It boots up extremely fast and Windows 11 has been very user friendly. I couldn’t mount it to the back of my monitor but it fit nicely mounted underneath my desk. I actually prefer it there anyway. It is virtually silent and stays relatively cool. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new PC.

Had this mini for about 3 weeks now and have been using it as my daily driver for about a week. Initial startup was a bit bumpy. The system was very loud and would not shut down/restart gracefully - took over 12 minutes to shutdown during restart and another 1 minute to boot. Geekom Tech Support basically said (via email) to reinstall Windows and if the problem persisted theyd help me resolve the problem. So, after running MS utilities (DISM and SFC ) and repairing the install things settled down and have been running smoothly. 1st question is how does a corrupt OS install get past quality control?

Worked 5 days. Now dead. Wont boot. Amazon makes returns too complicated now days. I dont have a car to go to one of their drop off sites. Guess I just have to eat this. Learned my lesson!

This mini pc is super cute and cool. Iam very happy with my purchase. I needed something small that mainly would allow me to carry it and fits in small space.

I just got it yesterday and notnenough time to be able to give an informative review. But I will say that set up was smooth and very easy. Up and running in minutes and it take up virtually no space whatsoever. For being a small piece of tech, it seems to pack some strength in it. Loving it so far.

Fires up fast! Quick all around and whisper quite. Has a footprint of a mouse. Graphics are far superior then Ill ever be able to push it to its limits. Lots value in this little power house. I should have bought this sooner. Tech support was helpful with my needs while choosing a model.

EDIT: GEEKOM has been helpful trying to address my issue. Ive added 1 star for that alone and their promise to make this right. They provided a bios update as a possible fix for the fan. After installation it definitely helped, but unfortunately the unit remains VERY loud at times. Its annoying when it does rev up, but overall its much better and Ill be keeping the machine (which has worked flawlessly otherwise.)

My old tower pc was noisy and although upgraded several time was antiquated. This little beauty has 4 times the ram and twice the storage. Its fast, quiet! I rated the tech support 3 stars because I havent used it yet (hopefully never!). I highly recommend the Geekom Mini!
