- Great for my applique cutouts. I will use these scissors for many years I am sure. They came to me shipped quickly and in perfect working order.

I decided to try this kind of applique scissor since it seems to be a popular type and it had great reviews. I also love the brand Gingher, so I was hoping I would like these. Unless your applique design is rather large with nothing but straight lines, I found them nearly impossible to use. They werent easy to use when cutting 95% of my applique fabric, as they were just too big.

When I worked for an inflatable company decades ago, we had applique scissors to cut out our applique banners we sewed. Made life so easy. Then this year I was making a banner for our family vacation and remembered them and stopped trying to cut out the letters. Having these scissors made it MUCH more smooth cuts around. Glad I have them.

Best Pair of Scissors I have EVER owned! Very well made, very sturdy. These cute everything like it is cutting through butter. Glides through heavy upholstery fabric. I had to cut Over 300 yards of textured upholstery fabric and I am so glad I had these scissors! And they are amazing at getting in really tight for cutting around piping and appliques!
