This product looks nice and was easy to install. The hardest part for me had nothing to do with the product, it was removing the broken screen. I did have to get a replacement screen because the first one was having a connection issue, but they replaced it immediately with no issues and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I used a different installation video, because this one just was not detailed enough for me. It was simple to just Google a YouTube installation. I am in no way a professional and just needed to fix my kids broken ipad screen. If I can do it so can you! $27 vs $200 was what I was quoted to fix it... easy choice.

A friend shattered her iPad 9th gen screen and asked me to do the repair. I was very pleased with the quality of the screen. The adhesive tape that is included was impressively strong and of good quality as well.

I should have used a heating pad to warm up the adhesive before I took the screen off. The second time I did this, that worked great. The first time, I decided to try to leave the original home button in so I could still use the fingerprint unlock function, but as soon as Id assembled everything, the new screen cracked right at the button. I let the company know and they responded right away, sending a new kit. The second attempt was much more quick and is working well. Probably only took me about 45 minutes, compared to much longer in the first round, cleaning glass and figuring things out. Glad to be back in business for so cheap. One word of caution...the screw driver can easily strip, so be careful about that. And the screws will easily jump to the magnet on the right edge of the ipad, so try to carefully bring them away from that.

I accidentally shatterd my ipad screen, so I when I went looking for a replacement I was happy to find this one! It was affordable, fast shipping, and comes with everything you need. After I ordered and Installed the new screen, part of screen touch wasnt working. I emailed them and got a response immediately! I was able to fix it after a couple minutes and if it didnt work, they offered to send a replacement! I definitely recommend these guys!

I managed to make a screen repair by myself. There were all tools needed. However, I googled for the more detailed guides because of the provided one was insufficient to make job correctly done. I do recommend this kit but as I said be very aware of an additional video help needed.

Ordered two of these replacements. One worked just fine and the other was a dud which happens. The seller was very responsive and attentive to make sure I received a replacement as quickly as possible with no hassle. Will be using them again!!
