Greater than one weekThus product has grit in it, like sand, it shrinks when drying. So filling holes in drawer fronts was a lot if extra work. Had to fill 2x and and each time. Inconsistent, air holes and shrinkage. I had 8 drawers to fill holes on and it took me much longer because of the product. I still didn’t end up with a smooth defect free finish. I was under time crunch, and this became a frustrating issue. I ordered powdered wood fill; So I can control consistency and get a smooth finish. I also tried wood putty powder on next project and seemed to act like drywall mud, did end up building it up and was able to sand perfectly even. Probably needed to be primed, even with chalk paint. Didnt crack or shrink, though, as was promised.

> 3 dayI already knew that gorilla glue will not hold, gorilla tape will not stick, and now I know that gorilla wood filler will not fill in cracks or holes in wood. I kneaded the dough just like the instructions said and it didnt do a thing to help. it just balled up and flaked out. The only thing that keep gorilla products in business is there excessive advertising and false hype. I saw the creator of gorilla products on shark tank the other night bragging about developing the gorilla brand and then selling it. I hope he got a good laugh out of it as well as millions of dollars. He was on the show selling another bill of goods to the sharks and after he made them cry from a lamb story about developing this new product to support his 40 something rich son after he passed on. His son had just quit his job as as executive engineer for a major company. I guess it takes a con to con a bunch of cons.

> 3 dayIt is fairly easy to spread. Dries out quickly, so keep it covered as much as you can. I had to add a tiny bit of water to moisten the filler, a couple of times. Sand lightly because it sands down too far, quickly. It does not take stain very well. On my project, it stained some areas darker that the others. Depending on type of surface you are working on but, mine is MDF faux wood trim. I did a major repair around the door at the bottom. This Gorilla wood filling did a terrific job.

> 3 dayThis woodfiller states that it is paintable or stainable.. This product is easy to work with and it paints easily but it will not take stain. We were going to stain the floor but since the wood filler would NOT take the stain we painted instead.

Greater than one weekI made a table and used pocket screws so I need to fill in all the pocket holes. The Gorilla All Purpose Wood Filler is very flexible and spreads easily and dries fast. Be sure to use a putty knife and not a scraper when using it to fill holes. Also, clean up any excess right away with a damp cloth. This wood filler is harder to sand than the DAP brand but it is well worth it.

> 3 dayGreat product, used for outside deck repair. I used several packs to repair a very worn and cracking deck, with results looking like new boards after I painted. The only note is to make sure you mix everything well as some of the packages had uneven texture when I opened them.
