> 3 dayI love the variety of flavors and these are excellent pre-workout in the morning before the gym. I definitely feel an energy boost and I am not as sore as I am without it. If youre not used to these gels, they can initially be a turn-off, but now I love it. This is my favorite energy supplement so far.

> 3 dayI bought these gel packs to enhance my runs, or try to anyway. I am never overly optimistic with online performance purchases, however I read the reviews and went for it. So glad I did, as they are easy to grab first thing in the morning before I head out on a run. I like that they are small as well. I do not feel as depleted and tired after my exertive event. Great purchase , and will be buying more ASAP.

> 3 dayIve been using these for whenever I go on a run longer than 8 miles. The taste isnt amazing, but its the best Ive tried so far, and I love the little extra caffeine boost! I take one a while before starting the run, and then usually take another one about halfway through, before I start losing energy. Dont put the empty packet into your pocket though, because its not really empty and will harden to the inside of your pocket and be a total pain to clean out. You just have to carry it with you until you come across a trash can.

> 3 dayThis stuff is fantastic. Tastes great. Easy to ingest. Gives almost instant and sustained energy. Not too much caffeine. Theres no sugar rush - the impact seems to last a good 30 - 45 minutes, depending on the level of exertion. I didnt ever get the jitters. I would alternate one of these and the Gu Endurance Energy Drink and water. This was my first, but definitely not the last time using these. I used these on a 500-mile ride over 7 days. I tried to stay ahead of the bonk. I didnt want to overdo it. But as soon as I felt my power level drop or a knew there was a big hill, I would tear one of these open and squeeze it into my mouth. It tastes delicious - like a dessert or a liquid candybar. It would take 5 to 10 minutes to kick in. But when it did BAM! My riding partners could notice the impact. When I would sprint to the front of the paceline, theyd say He must have had another Gu. YES, I DID! LETS GOOOOO! I also used the Gu Roctane Endurance Energy Drink (both with and without caffeine), Gu stroopwafels, and the Gu Roctane Protein Recovery. Its all that I would consume until dinner. This combo was enough to sustain me every day when riding and left me feeling great. The only thing that I wasnt happy about was that a few of the packages leaked. I wish I figured that out before I was on my trip. Fortunately, I kept them in a Ziploc bag, so the mess was contained. Still, my fingers and feedbag got gooey and sticky every day. The good news is that it washes easily with water. Even with the leakers, I still give this 5 stars.

> 3 dayMy husband and I ordered these in the midst of marathon training. The GU takes a while to get used to... initially the gel made me gag, but after a couple tries, I had the technique down and always look forward to GU time on my long runs. This GU gives you enough energy to push over your wall and keep running. I prefer GU to other energy gels like Glukos energy gel (which is really a liquid and I always spill it or choke on it). The espresso flavor is my favorite (and Ive tried them all), its like a dessert mid-run :)

> 3 dayThey give just enough of a boost of energy during a long hike (11 miles) I use two when I start to feel sluggish. I was worried the caffeine would bother my weak stomach or make me feel jittery but I had not negative reactions.

> 3 daySo yummy! I prefer this and the chocolate one over the fruity flavors. Tastes like dessert!
