Did not get to use because it came used, with solder already on the tip and the packaging was clearly torn open... Since I paid for a new and unused product, this is annoying.

I bought this in September, but due to the cold weather I just started using it. I used it twice and it stopped heating. I don’t know if there is a warranty. Any help would be appreciated.

Very effective iron for stained glass projects. Works much better than other irons Ive tried. Maintains heat well, light weight and easy to grip.

I have had this since Dec. it worked great until a cppl weeks ago. It will not melt solder. I have tried every trouble shooting trick and will not work. I am so disappointed. I am working w the seller, but I’m not sure how it’s gonna go. They seem to be asking me questions I’ve already answered.

The best soldering iron in the World! Needs to buy more tips and sponge, and you dont need expensive soldering station!
