Tips fit, no issues with heating, etc.

It is smaller than the original that came with my soldering iron. This makes it easier to get into tight spaces.

I bought a cheapo set when I bought my soldering station with the idea that I would learn with those (intermediate at the time of purchase). What actually happened was I could barely get my solder up to melting temp, even with higher temp settings on my station. Switching to these returned everything back to the way its supposed to be. Quick and clean connections. These truly are Japanese quality.

These soldering tips are essential for any enthusiast/professional. Unlike bargain-price irons you find at your local super store (in my experience), these tips heat evenly! Meaning, not just the body of the tip will be hot, but the very tip as well! Its a day-night difference when using a quality iron with quality tips!

These are excellent tips...which I would expect from Hakko. Hakko makes great soldering equipment.

Great variety of good quality products. These tips compliment the tip that was included with my new Hakko and allow me to do PCB repair/assembly (including a bit of surface mount work) up to fairly heavy stranded wire splices and RC car battery/motor connectors. They were pre-tinned and are holding up to hours of use. It is so nice to have the right tool for the job...
