I bought this because I remodeled my bathroom and no longer wanted to keep my curling iron out on the sink. Now everyday, I let it warm up on the pad, and as soon as I am done I immediately wrap the cord around the handle, put it back in the silicone sleeve and place it directly in the vanity drawer, no waiting for it to cool and it protects my counter from heat and de-clutters my space. I love it- great find!

Lightweight and performs as intended.

This pouch is big enough for my XL flat iron. It’s thick and sturdy, and works just as the description says. I rest the iron on it while using, and store it away in the pouch as soon as I’m finished. It’s heat resistant, compact and perfect for traveling and I have one for my curling iron as well.

could be a prettier color

I was looking for a mat for my daughter to put her straightener on. I found this and it had a bonus feature of a pocket for travel storage. Would buy again.

This mat is a pouch made of silicone and protects surfaces from any burning of my curling iron. Also Great to hold my hot curling iron in the pouch and take to travel. Excellent!!

this heat pouch is very useful if you don’t want to burn your surface. i use it every time i am getting ready for the day. doesn’t melt and it doesn’t even get hot. very glad i purchased this.
