Honeywell WAVE-2 Two Tone Siren

I added this unit to my smoke alarm system for additional coverage and it works perfectly. The unit is about 3.25X4.25. The sound is perfect for an inside alarm for approximately 2200 sq ft. Its certainly loud enough to wake a person yet not so loud it will cause cardiac arrest. There is a positive lead and a negative lead to connect plus a very basic postcard size instruction sheet. If you have your alarm system wiring diagram this siren should be easy to add. The sheet-rock inserts and screws are included. If you are looking for a security alarm siren this is good as a secondary but you will need a louder siren for your primary notify the neighbors unit.

This siren is plenty loud for inside the house. It performs as expected and I am pleased with my purchase.

Sound is loud, has two different settings. I wired up to be able to plug it in. I plug it into a controllable Wi-Fi plug and use an app to turn it on and off. If you have someone around your property and your not home you can turn it on and then when they are gone. I recommend, I have 2 of them.

I’ve bought different styles and brands, like this one best, and it looks okay in house verse the horn style that are more for attics… One way I’d like more is if the made flush to wall if you cut hole but for the cheap price I just put in hidden spot

Replaced an older non working siren with it. Easy to swap and very loud!

Loud and reliable.

I am always bugged about things made of plastic being black, because it makes them difficult to use (try plugging the power adapter into a Kindle tablet, for example). So here we have a product you would like to be heard, but not seen. So what do the idiot designers do? Make it white, of course. OK, OK, I get it. Idiot me for buying it, right? I knew it was white.

Nice and LOUD!

Not quite as loud as I would have liked - wanted something that would drive bad guys away if they got inside. But, I believe its loud enough to wake me up.
