I was worried that these stain would never come out and it this actually worked! I have a puppy and trying to keep him off the couch is a hassle. the products ive used in the past left stains and I never felt it was truly cleaning the mess. The hoover stain remover helped me transform my whole couch in 45min. im so glad i purchased this!

Cleaned relatively small area rug aprox 4x6 surface twice. It took me about 2-3 hrs. The water was pitched black both times. Im not sure how many times i need to pass with the machine to see less dirt in the tank. The solution is more than DANGEROUS. Please be careful. I wore gloves but I didn’t think about my knees. It burned my skin, still painful to touch and red. Even my doctor is unsure how long it will take to heal. Please be careful. Overall i think it’s a good product, probably for smaller areas. Use the solution only on small sports not for the whole carpet area and always, always protect your skin. Good luck!

This worked surprisingly well, even on an old stain. I use it mostly for cat vomit but tried it on an old food/drink spill on a dining room chair that was probably a year old (photos) and it got it completely gone. I did have an issue trying to do small, narrow, sides or edges of things like the sides of these chairs and a narrow leg on another chair. The solution dispenses from one spot on the underside of the tool head (pointing to it in photo). So when doing the side edge of the chair youd think holding the tool in the right position would be the way to go...but it isnt because then you have to move the tool head left/right to dispense the solution. I had to turn and use the tool sideways to get the solution along the little edge. This worked better, but the solution shoots out too far and got all over the floor. Luckily I have tile so it was no big deal but if you have carpet youve been warned. Suction is good and most of the water it puts out it sucks up. Didnt take too long for things to dry. Easy to carry around. Love that the tube and cord wrap around the device so storage is easy. Tube cleaning option is interesting. It did work. Not sure Ive ever cleaned or thought about cleaning a cleaning tube hose. Overall, happy.

With a mini farm, two kids and a husband in construction, there’s always some sort of mess! I cleaned my carpets not too long ago, but we had some spills and puppy accidents that weren’t worth hauling the big machine out. I ordered this at my wits end and it arrived the next day. My youngest spilled something and I found ‘Art’ on my couch. I immediately kenneled the dog, pulled this out and started working on the couch! That water was fine, did it’s job, pulled the purple ink out no problem, didn’t leave it too wet etc. Now onto the carpet spots! Holy mother of all things good. I did two of the spots and the water was disgustingly dark! I was shocked. I kept going and made the mistake of looking at the tank *Insert look of disgust here* and I wish I hadn’t! It pulled up FAR more than my other machine. It’s not too loud and is very light considering what you’re hauling around. I have a back injury and was able to maneuver this with no issues. The hoses are long and the cords are durable. The cleaner it came with pulled everything out- even the smell. Stores well and I love how the cords sit around it so you’re not having trouble setting it on a shelf or in a closet. Do yourself a favor- get this! You won’t regret it. Don’t look at the waste tank though- you will regret that.

I bought the vacuum due to accidents (#2) we were having with a new dog on carpet. The vacuum is doing a great job - I was surprised and impressed with how powerful the vacuum is. It’s lightweight and very easy to use and clean. I’ve used it about 10 times now. The size is perfect - well designed. I’ll be using to shampoo car seats soon. Also used it on a couch. Great results.
