Hoover CleanSlate Plus Carpet & Upholstery Spot Cleaner, Stain Remover, Portable, FH14000V, Red

I love it, only thing is i ordered the clean slate plus, and i received the spin head attachment. Not a huge problem, but i was excited to try it out. Spin head attachment works good though!

This does not allow for a lot of water to be sucked into the dirty water container. It says full when it’s about halfway full, which makes for several trips back and forth to finish our couch or living room rug. Suction is great, easy to use. It’s a bit loud, and the dirty water says it fills fast. Came with some solution when we bought it so that was handy.

It does advertise as spot tool and for small spots does a good job. But tried to do a soiled full coach cushion and entire step and not as well suited. Suction seems light compared to other tools I have had and you have to hold head just right to work. Has nice tool for edges and also hose cleaning is a nice feature. Does fine on small stain areas on rugs

I used this on my glider and ottoman on some heavily set in stains in a high traffic area in my house. Overall I am satisfied with the product. It definitely took some forearm strength from me having to push down and suction to get all the liquid out of the cushion. I let it dry and suctioned again and this so the result. I think this product would be a breeze to use on a new stain.

This works fine on my couch . It pulls the dirt up and gets the dog smell out . The thing is sometimes it stops suctioning and then I have to turn it off and turn it back on to get it to work again. Within 10 minutes it stopped auctioning twice . I was going to return but I only use this for the dog couch so I don’t think it’s worth the hassle to return . If I was using it a lot more then once a month then I would return .

With a mini farm, two kids and a husband in construction, there’s always some sort of mess! I cleaned my carpets not too long ago, but we had some spills and puppy accidents that weren’t worth hauling the big machine out. I ordered this at my wits end and it arrived the next day. My youngest spilled something and I found ‘Art’ on my couch. I immediately kenneled the dog, pulled this out and started working on the couch! That water was fine, did it’s job, pulled the purple ink out no problem, didn’t leave it too wet etc. Now onto the carpet spots! Holy mother of all things good. I did two of the spots and the water was disgustingly dark! I was shocked. I kept going and made the mistake of looking at the tank *Insert look of disgust here* and I wish I hadn’t! It pulled up FAR more than my other machine. It’s not too loud and is very light considering what you’re hauling around. I have a back injury and was able to maneuver this with no issues. The hoses are long and the cords are durable. The cleaner it came with pulled everything out- even the smell. Stores well and I love how the cords sit around it so you’re not having trouble setting it on a shelf or in a closet. Do yourself a favor- get this! You won’t regret it. Don’t look at the waste tank though- you will regret that.

As of right now, this works better. The suction is better, it’s not as loud, and the attachment is very wide.

This little gem did a whole lot better than I thought it would. Maybe it was my elbow grease that was the winner, but Ive tried to clean my couch before and it didnt even come close to how clean it is now. I have 3 boys a 1 girl, ages 10 down to 2 and every thing they touch ends up on the couch. Mind you, the couch isnt white nor is it in pristine condition, but now I might even let guests come over and sit on it! It took three fills to do the whole couch which is a sectional with 5 seats coushins and a long lounge side (I cant remember what its called right now). My main concern with a shampooer is whether it will suck up the water or will my couch take a week to dry. It took me about 2 1/2 hours with breaks and dumping and refilling. By the time I got to the end my starting point was almost dry, so I would have to say it has pretty good suction! (Censorship prevents me from telling a joke) this little baby got all the stains out of my couch, if you look at the picture I posted it shows how muddy the water was. Its super easy to clean and it has this awesome tool that helps you clean out the spray tube and vaccume hose (always the annoying part of cleaning the machine). The wide scrub/vacuum comes apart for easy cleaning. Such an easy machine to use. My only complaint and I mean my one and only complaint is the dirt tank, I wish it was bigger.

I was worried that these stain would never come out and it this actually worked! I have a puppy and trying to keep him off the couch is a hassle. the products ive used in the past left stains and I never felt it was truly cleaning the mess. The hoover stain remover helped me transform my whole couch in 45min. im so glad i purchased this!

Works well for small messes but if you have a big mess or pet mess be prepared to be on your knees for a while.
