I opened the box to find the brush with carpet fibers and water spots on the cleaning solution cup. The description didnt mention anything about being pre-owned/used. I paid for a new product, I expect a new product; not used. Ill repurchase the item. I expect it to be new. Not used.

I was worried that these stain would never come out and it this actually worked! I have a puppy and trying to keep him off the couch is a hassle. the products ive used in the past left stains and I never felt it was truly cleaning the mess. The hoover stain remover helped me transform my whole couch in 45min. im so glad i purchased this!

I used it the first day it arrived and it works wonders! Samples came in my box and I used the pet odor eliminator and my office room smells amazing. I have pets and my dog has a weewee pad in my office but tends to sometimes miss if you catch my drift. But this really took out the stain and freshened up the room immensely. If you have any doubt about this—DONT. GET IT NOW!

This machine has made cleaning up after one of my pets so much easier. It’s easy to use, and can be clean much easier than others I’ve tried.

This machine doesn’t leak it is compact and will fit in cupboard or under sink or up on shelf in a closet. The cord has a cord holder which many do not have built into the design. The carpet cleaner wand is wide to clean a larger area and suction is good. Almost everything attaches to the actual machine itself so you’re not looking for this piece or that. I also like the self cleaning tool for cleaning the hose. It’s too simple and it also has a place. Nice that everything doesn’t fall off either when you are moving it from one place to another. Overall this little machine is a dynamo and Im glad I purchased it. I had another machine that did not have all the bells and whistles a long time ago that broke. I bought a big green clean machine but still needed a little machine for small jobs and a cheaper option I tried just leaked all over.

Im not sure of I received a defective one or not.. but the spray nozzle to spray the solution only drips out the solution rather than spray it, if this thing is supposed to spray I might have to send it back. But other than that the suction itself is a bit weak but the product does what it says and worked really well on my couch, the permanent stain remover solution it comes with works wonders as well. This would have been a 5 star product of it actually sprayed the solution and the suction was a bit better.

Ive been using this cleaner for a few days now, on stairs, small areas of carpet, and a couple stubborn stains. Ill start with the Pros: - Very simple to use, lightweight, great mobility - The hose cleaning feature is a great added bonus - Cleans well, comes with additional rubber nub brush. Did a great job removing stains - Wide tool head, perfect width for stairs - Cord is long, so no extension cords needed - Ive used it a half dozen times and it hasnt leaked any water - Every component breaks down super easily for simple cleaning, a rare plus with carpet cleaners Cons: - Suction isnt great, so drying time takes longer (use a fan to speed up the process) - Hose could be longer...another foot or so would be ideal Overall, very pleased so far...and its a steal for $110!

Used this to clean the carpet on my steps. Cleaned thoroughly, works great!

I would’ve given this a 5 star because it cleans great but the spray button sticks and soaks everything.
